They call it Canada’s McDonalds but it actually specializes in donuts and coffee. They do serve other items but not burgers.

I bought a coffee just an hour ago from this location, on my way out of town. I stood in line for 15 minutes for a single small coffee, and it was the most god awful coffee I've ever had. I got a double double and it tasted NOTHING like it. When I popped the lid to put my own sugar in, I saw some of the cream was curdled in a ring at the top of the cup. Its literally as if they poured my coffee in the cream" drip cup or something. SO

Everything was good until I received a burnt bagel… can’t believe the staff doesn’t realize it’s burnt and handed it to me.

Very unwelcoming staff. They tried to shut down the store 1hr before closing on one of the coldest nights of the year -20c and during Winterlude. All the chairs were put up on the tables and they were very unhappy to see any new customer walk through the door. Tim Horton's you can do better

The older woman with red hair has an attitude problem. she is very rude. This is the worst customer service I've experienced in years. Tim Hortons, train your employees better or hire ones with manners.

The slowest Tim Hortons I’ve every been at and it is every time I go there, which is a lot since I work on the same street. The either need more staff or get their staff to work a little faster because they are beyond slow. I stopped going there after today, I get a half hour lunch and I waited 10 mins in line and still wasn’t half way to being served.
