Finally, after more than a year because of the pandemic, I went to get my highlights done and Jimmy did a PERFECT job! I can't believe how much better I feel about ... everything! I just love my hair! I've been seeing Jimmy for almost 25 years, but never have I felt so grateful for his talent. He's an artist! Not sure about the fake reviews being placed on this , I am a stylist working here for 10 years now and my peers much longer up to 20 years and we do not have issues that are being left here in fact love working here for Francesca and love our clients that’s why she has been so fortunate to celebrate her 30th year this year! Happy and content with my place here !

Warning to those in the LGBTQ2S+ community - this salon is not welcoming or accepting of our community, and they refuse to acknowledge those whose identities are not captured within the gender binary.The salon insists on gendering their services, and when I tried to avail myself to the service that was closest to my gender, they wouldn't permit it - and instead of allowing me to get a a men's cut

They did not listen to my daughter and really messed up her hair. No apologies or accountability afterward. Highly overpriced and unprofessional.
