I had ordered Weathertech front mats for my previous car here. They called me to say they arrived sortly afterwards, and installed them with a smile and no extra charge. So when I changed cars recently, I ordered new mats in person last week.This time nobody called back so I called them Tuesday late afternoon and they said they had arrived. Got there before closing to pay for them. They said Sorry we forgot to call you"

Wow, I am very pleased with their service today. Both agents in front were effective, served me right away in my preferred language. My appointment was @ 9:00 and I arrived their @ 8:30 -- they accommodated me right away. I was so happy I did not have to wait 30 more minutes like in other businesses lately with COVID and all happening. They finished changing my windshield in 3 hours, which was initially discussed. And, they called me first to inform me if it's okay for them to change my cabin filter because they're super dirty -- I am happy that they called me first and asked, before doing it. Thank you Lebeau, awesome service today.
