Fantastic service from Ben at this Telus Store today! I didn’t spend a dime in the store but he took all the time required to help me set up a new phone to an updated SIM card for my mothers outdated phone. Thank you so much for all your help - this is why I ditched Bell so many years ago… Keep it up!

I was very impressed with my experience at Telus Park Place! Sunny was extremely informative and actually SAVED us $45/month! It was the first time I have renewed my phone contract and actually paid LESS monthly. I really appreciated how Sunny provided all options and took the time to thoroughly understand what we were looking for. I highly recommend seeing Sunny at Telus!

I went in for what was supposed to be a simple device upgrade that shouldn't take more than 30 minutes and ended up being in the store for 2 hours. I waited 30 min before being helped as there was only one employee in the store. Eventually I was able to talk to Hayaat and he initially convinced me to have the security camera included in my plan but he wasn't able to find my address in the system so he called Telus customer service and was on the phone with them for close to an hour and they weren't able to solve the issue so I told him that I would just take the same plan I had before, because I was tired of waiting and at that point I had been in the store for 1.5 hours. I understand that it wasn't necessarily his fault and more Telus customer service's fault. But I do think there should be more than one employee in the store at a time. He was nice enough to waive my connection fee. Overall I didn't have a good experience and I don't think I will come back to this store.
