I started ordering mostly online so I wouldn't have to deal with the staff. Always feels like we are bothering them when we walk into the store. The last time I shopped in person their sales girl was highly unpleasant and patronizing. So I'll be shopping elsewhere from now on.

I wish I would read all reviews before order with them.They don’t follow their own process to delivery. It says in their website they have two time window to delivery and you need to order at least 5 hours before the window. Well I ordered almost 24 hours before and when I called the next day in the afternoon to confirm the delivery the lady said the order was not ready, hello ??? Then she said they will delivery until 21:00 and I should know that because it is writing on their delivery politics. I ordered 24 hours before to avoid any issue because I would like to have the person to get it in the morning not at 21:00!!!!!!! They didn’t delivery my order as they should. This is my first and last time I order in that place. People forget how treat customers here and do whatever they want, nope, not with me anymore.

I got some flowers delivered today by them. They were really fresh and well arranged and would highly recommend their service. They texted me to check my available time and contacted me to exactly come to my place. They can deliver within 48 hours, flowers and small plants to the Montreal area, if we order online or by call. They accept cash and card in the shop.

Very pleased with their online service! I ordered my flowers online and i received them in time. Not to mention all the flowers were in perfect condition. Will definitely be visiting and buying from their store again!

I bought a bouquet of flowers for my daughter's birthday, was totally horrified when she showed me the bouquet. They were so small not worth the money I payed for them, so disappointed with them and they phoned her beforehand so it ruined the surprise, I picked them as they were nearer to her and charged a good bit for delivery, it ruin my expectations of florists I jusy think they we're not worth the money I payed for them so disappointed

I am in Toronto, I ordered a bouquet on line for a friend in Montreal as a hostess gift. I specially requested the delivery day to be on the day we were to arrive in Montreal. Instead they delivered the bouquet two days earlier than I requested, and they called her before delivery. Totally ruined the surprise element! They did not follow delivery instructions. Could have been very embarrassing, thankfully, it was for a happy surprise.I ordered the rose and magnolia bouquet and it is beautiful, but I would not use their online order system. Call them directly to avoid any possible mixups.

Tried to call about the flowers subscription service but the phone call was answered by a rude lady who just kept on talking in french and did not listen to me when I told her I don't speak French. I asked her to get someone else to call me back and she just kept talking in french. I finally told her I would take my business elsewhere. Terrible service. Glad I did not spend my money here.After the response below, I have to mention I was calling from New York to get a subscription for someone in Montreal so I was not aware the government requires you to speak French ONLY to your customers, I guess Montreal is not a bilingual city but a French only city.Disgusting service, do not buy from this store.

Disappointed with the service. When I ordered online I thought I was ordering from the De Lorimier location, but for some reason they told my friend who they called on her birthday to set up delivery, that they were on Rue Masson. I contacted customer service a few times to see when the bouquet would be delivered and if I would receive a confirmation once delivered. After some emails back and forth about a telephone number for the recipient (although it was supposed to be a birthday surprise), they said it would be delivered by 5pm. But they called my friend trying to set it up for between 5-9pm on her birthday...or said they would deliver it the next day or could she pick it up.... For $13 delivery charge, within the city where the recipient lives, it all seemed like alot of hassle. I would never use this florist again or suggest them to anyone. It was not an expensive bouquet, but no matter how much a customer spends, there should still be some kind of appreciation for the customer and for the delivery options promised when making the purchase.Since I cannot reply underneath the shop's response" to my review
