My wife and I are very very happy with the job that Bosco Home Services did of replacing the outside service line pipe running from our home. Brendan, Andrew and their entire crew were so nice and professional - they answered all of our questions in a very patient manner and had a great overall attitude about the work that they performed. This is how a business should be run and operated. They were on-time (actually early which was great) and work very efficiently. We liked the fact that they were very respectful to our home and worked in a safe and careful manner. After the job was completed - they cleaned up and made sure that everything was running fine with the new pipe installation. Thank you so much for making things run so smoothly. Highly recommended!

Had a toilet shut off valve replaced. Excellent service but quite pricey. They arrive promptly and are very polite and professional in their communications. If you are willing to search around, you can find cheaper quotes. I think the premium they charge is for the extra professional appearance they offer.

Very happy with the service and the professionalism with this company. They gave us an accurate window of the time that the technician would arrive. Then they sent a picture of him with all the precautionary measures they have taken with the pandemic going on. Following that, we got a notification when he was about to arrive and another when he did. Like clockwork Jonathan, the technician, arrived to replace a new hose for our kitchen faucet. We were very happy with the level of professionalism and how much care that was taken to do the work in a clean and reasonable amount of time. David, his manager called to made sure we were happy.I highly recommend using this company for all you plumbing needs, very impressed!

My basement flooded at midnight! Our first night here (we had just moved in with friends) obviously panicking with inches of water flooding towards our stuff we called as many emergency plumbers as we could. Not only did they answer, they called back within 10 minutes and Mansell showed up within an hour. He did a phenomenal job, was friendly, and helped set us all at ease even though he couldn't immediately fix the problem. Pricing was very reasonable, especially for an emergency consult, when other rates were upwards of $250 an hour. Thank you again for the professionalism, honesty, and friendliness, we know were in good hands.

As a nurse I have always joked at pay negotiations.... just give me Plummer's rate! Well turns out I don't know any service that can cost 1000 an hour. That's what I was just charged for one hour of drain cleaning. Resulting in my poor review.But since the company has reached out. My issue was not with the work done or the workmen simply the price. After all they advertise'The guys in the green trucks, save you big bucks!'Job quotes verses hourly rates need to lineup. I do appreciate this was taken into consideration, and the matter resolved soon. Lynda McC.

I’ve been an Atlas care customer for 6 years now and have been completely satisfied with their regular HVAC service quality however I would not recommend their plumbing company (Bosco) that they acquired almost 2 years ago. I had an issue with my house toilet and the plumber who came provided me an initial quotation of $495 for a minor job and later on when I said I’ll get it fixed from someone else he reduced it to $300. While he was fixing the toilet, he identified another issue that wasn’t there in first place when he started fixing the toilet and quoted me an additional $265. I wasn’t left with any other option but to agree to the additional charges. In the end I had to pay much more than the initially agreed quotation for the same problem but twisting it into another problem to grab additional money out of my pocket. For future I will stay away from Bosco Plumbing and would recommend the same to others as well.Update: Kevin operations manager just called and resolve the issue. I appreciate his openness to the matter and resolving the issue amicably.

Bryan was so personable and the response time was great he was here in an hour of me making the initial call. When looking for home repairs there’s so many companies and I’m so impressed! Both Bryan and Kevin were knowledgeable on the problem we had and our bathtub was fixed in record timing! The best words I have to describe the service are “quick and easy” they kept in touch prior to arriving the instructions were clear on how they would come in the home with everything going on with covid to make sure everyone is safe. Thanks so much for the awesome service ! Definitely recommend them and will be using them again in the future.

Marcus from Bosco Home Services came by (within 24 hours of my making my online request) to test our sump pump and provide options for a backup system. He was on time, professional and answered all my questions with ease. He walked me through the entire process and ensured I knew what my many options were before he made his final recommendation. I will always use Bosco going forward for my home plumbing needs.

We had an emergency with the sewer and they sent someone to our house at 11:00 at night. They were quick, professional and honest. After a thorough examination it turned out to be a city issue and didn’t charge us a cent. Would definitely call again if we ever needed a plumber!
