I was here yesterday. The girl I had was very helpful and pleasant. But when I went to pay. For the boots, that were about $130.00 dollars with my gift card, that I have received for Christmas. She said they don't accept that there. So I left. But apparently soft Mock is on the list for gift cards. Can you clarify?cconfusingg

The young sales lady that helped us was phenomenal, she was so helpful, and attentive - not in a hover over you" kind of way! She was really knowledgeable about the products

I went on January 4th 2023 to look at getting new blundstones and see about warranty on the blundstone work boots that I had purchased in April 2022, the staff working closing Jan 4th were extremely polite and helpful and answered all my questions about fitting and colour choices and how to break it and care for them. Me and my girlfriend both purchased brand new blundstones due to the customer service we got ($560) then went back on Friday to warranty my work boots that softmoc offers a 1 year warranty due the the sole separating and the insides falling apart and destroying my ankle. The blonde manger was very rude and unprofessional. She wouldn’t listen to what I was saying and says because my boots were dirty that she won’t warranty them. She said that the sole falling off after less than a year was normal. I had the original receipt and everything. She barley looked at the boots and just didn’t really seem to care. It was so disappointed I wanted to return my other purchases that day but only decided not to due to the other staff that was helpful. Due to the manger I will not longer shop at that location and will not recommend to anyone.

I found out something very disturbing about this employer during a job interview. According to the hiring manager, they pay their employees less than minimum wage. According to the hiring manager they do this claiming that employees can earn a 1% commission on the shoes they sell.How greedy and awful can this company be?

Worse customer service from the store. No attending the customers and the staff was busy talking in their own. My issues were not resolved I drove 130 kms for this outlet. Mistreatment. Other softmoc are so much better and reliable this is the worst one do not come here go to another one you will happier

I was refused service because I didn't wear a mask. As well once I asked about a shoe size it was not in stock and I was mocked by telling me no one buys those shoes.

Lady at front managing line with blond hair was rude and refused to let me pay after I told her I forgot my wallet outside the store with my husband. Complained to manger and she also I agreed that I should wait again in line to pay for my item. Very rude staff and I refused to purchase anything that day! No customer service skills which will likely show in their bottom line. Don’t bother buying at this location.

Bought a pair of soft mocs last week, wore them once, they were to small. Was assured they have a 90 day return policy, but the person behind the counter refused to return them as they had been worn. They were still so new the clear sticker on the bottom of the shoe was still attached, been worn for about 1km, but refused to exchange for a larger size. I am now out $70. Horrible service.EDIT: Owners reply is useless. Customer service email told me told me they cannot ovverride the desicison of the store and to effectively try my luck at another store. This concerrns me as a consumer as it appears you hvae little if any oversight that your policies are being enforced consistently as by your own reccommendations it varies a lot store to store. Very poor and a warning for any potential consumers.
