Arabesque Family Restaurant
Best shawarma in the Guelph / Kitchener area! Drove 30mins to try it and was so worth it!! The servers are so friendly and helpful. The pita is fresh and delicious. Everything was so so yummy. Really great experience, will definitely be back!

Excellent place.Authentic Syrian / Lebanese cuisine, food is delicious and staff are courteous.We have been to Arabesque several times before and the dining-in experience is great.We also had the opportunity to order pickup, family platters and the experience is great. The food is delicious, quantities are large. 1/2 family platter was enough for 3 persons to eat well.We highly recommend Arabesque.

Wow amazing breakfast! Very delicious and tasty authentic food! Very fresh and creative! Amazing staff and friendly service. Great environment and amazing interior design! We love it. We came to this area to attached our friends wedding and we was looking for Arabic breakfast and this is was a great experience! Best recommendation and good luck!

Good experience.. food was really nice just tht all of it was cold.I usually prefer my food to be hot. This was the only disappointment, else it was fine.We ordered mix shawarma platter and one cheese and zatar pizza (can’t remember the name). Surely will go back again in hope of warm food.Taste and Quantity of food was also good

Experience was good. Food is tasty, I love the fresh bread with garlic dipping. My suggestion is to play some middle east music and stop online orders when you are dinning in, I think that make customer service no pleasant.

Didn’t like the way they take orders. You have to create an account online and place the order while you are sitting inside the restaurant. Very funny. Restaurant is big and lots of sitting area. It was clean and serving guy was really nice. Portion of the food is small when you come with the price and other restaurants. Food was ok, nothing very exceptional which deserve 5*.

This was my first visit. The welcome was warm and the service person was happy to explain menu options to me. They have an excellent Mediterranean/Middle East menu. The food is excellent and servings are plentiful; prices are fair and competitive. There is handicapped parking and access but the interior door into the restaurant is awkward - when it's open, it blocks the exit to the handicapped parking and sloped(accessible) walkway.

Heard a lot about this place so decided to try it out. Unfortunately, we won’t be coming back. It is way too overpriced! The portion size is also super small! The servers don’t fully inform you about the prices of extra items. We asked for extra garlic sauce and on the menu the listed price was $1.99, we pointed to the item on the list and ordered it. On our bill it was listed as $8.99!!! For a small plate of garlic sauce! Are you kidding me?? The food was good, but nothing outstanding, which is a shame given the price.Just left feeling quite bad after having spent so much money!

This is the first time I been here, the food are amazing. On the other hand, the service was not good. It took us a while to figure out how to order, after falling several times, we asked server help us order directly. But she gave us an ipad instead, and we still can't order (The system keep loading). At the end, after lot of times, she have to go inside and order through the system station.After placed my order, she forgot to gave us coffee, and at the end she forgot our dessert. We have to remind her about it.I'm not sure it a long day for her, or because she is the only server on that time. But the dinning experience was very bad.I hope the sever will be more patient, and check up regular to the customers.Next time, we would go for take out only.
