I buy DVDs and Boxsets here often; they have a huge selection you really cannot find elsewhere. They have lots of oddball movies and shows that the bigger box stores can't get anymore! Their website could definitely use some work I find it difficult to navigate, however in store service has always been amazing! Can't wait to come shop again in the future!

This is a great place the service is absolutely excellent. Their selection is really very good too. And if they don't have in stock what you want they will search about and then order it for you. It may take a while to come but you'll get it. I highly recommend this place

Bought a DVD and the gentleman working at the store with brown hair and glasses was extremely nice and helpful. If I knew his name, I would contact their head office to inform them of this great service.

Excellent selection!We always go to Cinema 1, and don't mind the drive to Guelph because they have the best selection of new DVD's and Blu-ray discs.

Cinema 1 is my go to DVD store! Great selection, great staff and great prices. And I can order online from their e-store if I don't want to go outside.

They have a dedicated, albeit small, 3-D Blu-ray section. Some sale items, but overall it's pricey.

Quite disappointed with the experience I’ve had here. Was looking for seasons 1-7 of Game of Thrones and found them here at a better price than Walmart and Best Buy. On the way home from picking up the set I noticed the box looked a little run down which was okay. Upon opening the first season the box was busted, the clips to hold the discs were broken, the damage to the box was overlooked as that does not affect watching the DVDs. Once we got the season 2, the box seemed fine but started to experience problems with one of the DVDs as it had a massive scratch around the disc. It would begin to play the main menu and into the episode menu but would freeze after that and not play any further. We returned the set and got a new one. I was quick to check the majority of the DVDs to make sure there were no scratches that I could see but again came across the fact that the boxes were all clearly damaged in one way or another. I will gladly purchase any DVDs and pay full price from Walmart next time. Very unfortunate.

My wife and I are cinephiles, and we have an extensive DVD and bluray collection so we like to come here often. Reminds me of Friday nights at Blockbuster Video or Jumbo Video. We can spend hours in here perusing the collection. Lots of hard to find movies...and if they don't have it they can order it for you. Sometimes the prices are more but if you look you can find great deals. Today for example I picked up John Carpenter's Vampires special edition bluray for $26.99. A steal as even Amazon has it for $40!The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Looking forward to my next visit!

I love this store, they have every movie under the sun!! and if they don't they will get it for you. The service and knowledge of the staff is very hard to come by. They know their stuff I can promise you that!!Keep up the amazing work!! and Thank you for staying true to the movie world!
