I’ve noticed prices slowly increasing at this location. I’m aware it’s happening everywhere but I asked the cashier if they price match with another box store expecting a possible, “Oh, I’m sorry, we don’t.” But instead I was met with the most disinterested, confused and disregarding, “No”. I’m not asking for a red carpet but it made me feel minimized in the moment. There are cheaper options from places I’d rather not support. Keeping businesses around that serve our communities is important. We vote with our dollar and our loyalty. And today I ordered what I needed on Amazon instead and would rather wait than spend another second feeling like a burden to a business I enjoyed supporting. Yes, an individual person who is probably stressed, underpaid, overworked and tired does not owe me a smile or a cheery answer. But they are a reflection of the environment, work culture and standards of the owners and currently that standard is low.

Great Pharmacy store in Toronto. Clean & Beautiful store. Staff are amazing, Best Customer service. Store Location is walking distance from TTC Subway line 1 Dupont Station on Dupont Street. Store got Great Fragrance and Cosmetic section, Canada Post service, few Vegetables and Fruits Section and Food section too. Also Lotto products & Self-Checkout terminals too. Enjoy your shopping.

The pharmacy/pharmacists are awful and unprofessional. The Shoppers itself is fine and I find those working the makeup section really kind and helpful. But dealing with the pharmacists at this location is a headache and I would strongly advise not using them for prescriptions. My doctor transfered my information and prescription to this pharmacy for me and when I called the lady I spoke with claimed to have none of my information and she did not have my prescription filled by the 24-48 hr mark. She was rude and condescending and it felt like she was asking for my arm and leg just wasting my time over the phone. She also tried to ask me trick" questions about my preacription dosage as if im some kind of criminal. No other pharmacy has ever given me issues in my life

I received my vaccine today at this location. You folks are AWESOME! Everyone was so friendly, efficient...you rock! Thank you so very much. Dr. Louis and Miss Chung(or Lung sorry I only remember your sweet smile). Stay safe, god bless you all.

Honestly best Pharmacy I've been to. The night pharmacist is a life saver is so on the ball, has noticed issues with my husband's prescriptions even without us having to call. She's been a lifesaver especially traversing difficulties with doctors.

Sold out of most cold / flu medicine, they say they have no ETA on when they will have more and cited “supply chain issues” other stores have product, seems to just be this location.

No bags at the check out. Not the cashier's or staffs fault. Their management could have cared less. Spent over $400 in the store today and immediately regretted it for the lack of concern. Ended up buying a box of garbage bags so I could transport all my items. This is what I get for forgetting my cloth bags and choosing to spend my money here.

Gave 2 months notice to get in syringes I need for my arthritis medication. Had to follow up 5 times. No one at this store was smart enough to call the distributor to find out what was going on when the orders never came in - now I don't have the syringes I need for my medication that allows me to walk - wonderful! They also dropped the ball transferring multiple prescriptions that I had to follow up on. Absolutely abysmal service.Shoppers HQ - I've been to plenty of pharmacies all over the country and had good to mediocre experiences, but this is by far the worst. I would seriously consider dissolving the ownership of this franchise. What a joke, they are fumbling important medical issues when given more than enough time to handle properly.
