Cyclepath Kelowna

Excellent staff and customer service. I travelled to Kelowna with my bike and after taking it off the bike rack and riding it I noticed a noise. I stopped Ina cyclepath and they immediately checked it out for me and noticed something had been slightly bent and was rubbing. A quick fix and when I asked how much I owed they said no charge. Went went back another day and had outstanding service even though it was busy. We ended up buying a number of things. The prices were better than MEC sale prices and the service alone is worth it. Definitely my go to bike store in Kelowna.

Great experience all around! We were visiting town and I made a point to stop by to check it out the morning before our first ride. Everyone was super friendly, and checked in on us periodically. Good selection and variety of accessories, everything was tagged and organized. On my way out they offered some trail suggestions in the area. Despite not buying anything my time in the store was a pleasure.I unfortunately had a mechanical on our ride and revisited them the same day. I had the same super positive experience walking in the second time around and got to interact with the service people that I hadn't prior. The people at the desk were just as eager to help and despite the circumstances I was pretty stoked to be back at the shop. They helped triage my issues, had the parts on hand to fix what I needed and cut some spokes to length for me.On my way out the door we got invited to a ride if we could make it but I didn't get my bike up and running in time. Gutted to say the least.. Nonetheless; it's something that really set it apart for me from every shop I've been to prior.Everyone here was fantastic and I'd be more than happy to have it as my local shop. I feel bad not remembering everyone's names but Tom in service is a gem. Feels like a true community oriented shop with the expertise and selection to cater to everyone.Keep up the great work!

Theses guys are awsomes!I was traveling and had a problem with my bike. Mecanics help me on the spot to change my chainring directmount.They dont look exasperate by the amount of job they got like others bike shop in Kelowna!Thanks for your profesionalism guys:)

Bought my e-bike from them last June and the staff was so helpful which I found great as I am an older person who has not ridden in many years. Returned today for the free service and was delighted again on the staff and the assistance I received.Thank you all at Cyclepath. :)

I am unfortunately only giving this place 2stars!Pros- staff love bikes! Offers test rides! Have good selection of bikes as well colored bikesCons- Parts, and accessories are cheap in quality and dont last!!No different than buying from Amazon or Canadian tire!Canadian tire even has better repair service and they are a joke! :-(Service tech side communications was terrible. You can tell them what wrong with your bike, what broken, even bring in notes, and have bike returned more damaged than came in! Even when purchasing, staff cant or wont hear customers request of what customer wants!Due to all my hassles, long waits, nasty notes left to me after repair,I have had to go find a new bike shop to do my repairs, replace my parts, costing me double the money! I am still slowly repairing my bike but will never trust this bike store again to touch my bike! Or to buy parts, as everything breaks as soon you buy!Honestly it's too bad!

Being new to town I found it difficult to know which routes to bike, so I joined Cyclepath’s Thursday night ladies’ ride. What a great group of supportive ladies! Meghan at the store is especially wonderful - she has remembered my name every time I come into the shop, which is lovely! The shop also does free bike work for a nonprofit group I’m part of called Cycling Without Age, which takes elderly people in care homes on trishaw bike rides. Overall I’ve had really positive experiences with Cyclepath and would highly recommend them for all your cycling needs.

This was one of the best experiences I’ve had in a bike shop. Everyone was super friendly; it almost felt like I was already BFFs with all the staff! They went above and beyond with their service and shared a ton of knowledge with my partner and me. They have a fantastic selection, incredible staff and everything you could need. If you’re looking to support a local shop, this is your place. 10/10 experience.

We went in to get some help with a scooter (bought elsewhere) and even though they don't sell scooters, Bryce was amazing. Helpful, patience and got the scooter setup for our son whilst we waited.Would recommend the store and Bryce in particular for great service.

Ben and the team of cyclepath were awesome! Two thumbs up! I walked in knowing roughly what my son and I wanted and Ben was very informative and knowledgeable which was very reassuring when spending 6k.I'm super happy with my purchase and my son is loving his new bike.
