I've been to this escape room twice, first we did the vault themed room, and second was Alice in Wonderland. Overall, I really enjoy this style of escape room, where everything is not just a combination lock that you need to figure out.The vault was great, and I love the idea of it having a bonus puzzle if you complete it quickly, it as good difficulty and and we didn't need too many hints to get through while being challenged.Alice in Wonderland, while having some really good puzzles and challenging us, was fundamentally broken and the staff were no help really. One of the puzzles it's possible to do wrong in such a way you can't redo it, and the only way around it is for the staff to just give you the answer. Another puzzle that we spent probably a third of our time on, just was literally not working at all, the staff weren't able to make it work and so we were unable to complete the room. It was a fun room but it definitely breaks the immersion to have to call staff because the room is broken and can't be completed. No one offered us a discount on the room or refund and they basically just blamed the issues on bad wiring due to rough guests. So between maintenance issues and some bad design plus unhelpful staff, I would not do Alice in Wonderland, giving it a 0/5 but the Vault was a 4/5 for me, in that one the staff was even proactive, when they saw we were burning a lot of time on one puzzle they came and gave us a hint on their own initiative.After the fact, the room management reached out to explain the challenges and compensated us, which was more than fair and frankly, very unusual in my experience so far and I appreciated that they wished us to have a positive experience. Overall, I planned on going back for the 3rd room anyway because I reallyenjoy the puzzle style, and the customer service after the fact was the icing on the cake.

Definitely one of my favorite escape rooms to go to. Its a shame they don't update their rooms more frequently! I've gone to both Alice in Wonderland and The Vault. I would like to say Alice in Wonderland was more fun compared of the two but they were both really fun overall. I love that the facility is clean and the puzzles are interactive and not repetitive like some places. Things actually work and aren't broken. You'd be surprised at some places that have broken puzzles... But not here! This is definitely a great place for anyone looking to do something different or even to get as gifts. It was whole lot different experience from regular room escape!We tried Wonderland theme, and we escaped.They do unlimited hints too which was good.We will definitely visit again.

This place is very different from any other escape rooms that I’ve been to. The puzzles are really cool and you really have to think outside the box to solve them. Would definitely go here again!

We had a lot of fun at Pandora. We tried all 3 rooms and they're all very good and well designed. Joseph was especially helpful and friendly. He was accommodating to our late arrival. Joseph also went above and beyond even after we finished the room to ask us if we had any questions and debriefed the room with us. Will definitely be back when they design a new room!

I wasn't initially planning to write a review, but since they sent an email requesting feedback, here it is! We played the Wonderland-themed room, and while it showed promise, our experience was quite frustrating. We paid $30 per person, entered the room, and discovered that several features were not working properly. The attendant informed us that they would be monitoring our progress and would provide assistance by sneaking things into the room. We tried using the help" button multiple times

I had such a great time. Tons of fun and great support from the staff.I look forward to trying more mystery escape rooms

The room was really fun and challenging, we managed to escape! Great host who was happy to help with anything we needed. Highly recommend.

It is completely bonkers that this room is highly reviewed, it's easily the worst escape room I've ever done. The staff was EXTREMELY lovely, but if the reviews had been honest I wouldn't have booked it. We did two rooms, and it's literally a room made of and held together (barely) by tape, poor puzzle design, poor set dressing, and awful game design and narrative in general. Wouldn't recommend at all! Both rooms were also broken, one was barely functional at all, and neither had any feedback built into them where you could tell if you've done anything, there was no sense of satisfaction. I've done a ton of escape rooms and just.. ya'll, at least fix the broken stuff, please! Owners of this, please pay attention.
