Amazing! I was so uncomfortable whenI went in. They right away took care of me. Very little waiting and was into the doc,and came out with a prescription. I'm just over a month. The product is great. My registration went through immediately, I ordered and it came in 4-5 days.I will recommend this clinic.

I believe this type of clinic will be the flagship for how professional cannabis clinics will, and should, run in the future. Yes the business is new and maybe growing too quickly nationally. Patience people! We need to be tolerant. We need this industry to succeed in this professional style. Safe and effective with no pesticides and specialists/professional onsite. Thanks for your good care and expertise.

They never answer the phone!

I took time off work to go see a doctor at this clinic to take care of some chronic pain issues. My appointment was for 3 pm, and I ended up waiting until 7 pm to see the doctor. I registered for a provider and was told it would take about 2 weeks to get registered.8 weeks later, after many many many phonecalls to both my provider and the clinic, I finally found out that the reason my paperwork wasn't processing was because natural health services had been using an unregistered doctor.My only choice is to now take more time off work to see another doctor, hope that this one is registered, and wait for more time to get my medicine.I expected a lot more professionalism from a place that touts themselves as a medical clinic.

I went seen a doctor and got a prescription and a licensed producer I signed with my licensed producer right after my appointment and the next day I got my acceptance email from my producer to start ordering also have my three month appointment booked I will recommend this clinic

Took almost a year to get an appointment with a doctor. They kept being fired.Everytime I call I'm in hold for 45+ minutes. Yet when you go to the store its ALWAYS empty with maybe one customer.Doctors nice.
