I recently experienced some warranty issues with a pair of Redwing casual shoes and a pair of RW work boots. I returned both pairs to Redwing Regina and couldn't be happier with level of service I received from Val! She promptly and professionally dealt with my issues and exceeded my expectations! Thank you Val for your outstanding customer service, I will definitely be returning to your store for my future footwear needs! A+++++

Expensive boots with poor warranty. Very disappointed with my $450 boots! I even took the bait and bought another $50 on care product. Boots started to shrink after a couple months and of course the warranty doesn’t cover that, or so the store said. I’ve been wearing work boots for well over 20 years and I haven’t seen anything like this. I could have bought 2 pairs of boots everywhere else. Update: I ended up sending these boots back to Redwing headquarters and they agreed with me that they had shrunk and headquarters stroked me a cheque for a full rebate. So I guess Redwing isn’t really to blame but just this particular ignorant store.

Well, I have had the same pair of Red Wing boots for a decade, and they're still going strong. I really like the selection of boot styles, work and casual.I would like to see Red Wing go the extra mile, to ensure quality of their product, and customer satisfaction

My husband I went in and dealt with the most helpful retail associate. I really wish I'd asked for her name. She was wonderful. She knew all of the product, was able to immediately recommend shoes for both of our feet once we told her a quick breakdown of our needs. Amazing experience, we were in and out within half an hour and the work boots we got are great!

Just about the worst customer experience. No corporate support, so if you can't get a dispute settled through the store, you're hooped. Red Wing has drastically gone down hill since they started outsourcing most of their work boots from places like Vietnam. And it would seem the customer support has gone with it.

Went in the store looking for a pair of heritage Mocs 6” ladies in the store did not know what I was talking about upon leaving, saw the boot I was looking for, when I asked them about the boot they were a bit surprised then didn’t know what colors they had in stock. When I’m going to buy a 350 dollar pair of boots you would think the staff would know what your talking about and have some knowledge of the products they carry especially the popular versions. Can honestly say this store has turned me off the red wing brand altogether. No wonder everyone is shopping on line now.

Went in looking for the same pants Ive been buying for the last 10 years and was just pointed to the area where they might be. After some futile searching from a lazy employee I was told to look again to make sure. Only when I was leaving did she become interested in helping. Just bought 3 pairs off amazon. Terrible customer service cost them my future business.

The lady was fantastic. She tried to help us find the boots we were looking for. She even called another store to see if they had the boots. Sorry to say we didn't find the linesmen boots.

Bought a pair of Redwing branded Work boots after 7 months of light use no greese or solvents in my work place the external met guard fell off and the inside of the boots were falling apart, I took them back to see if they would do anything considering they were $300+boots and you'd expect to get at the very minimum a year of use of them, and they simply said no there is nothing we can do for you, pretty sad when a company won't stand behind their own brand of products, wouldn't recommend the Regina store or the product especially when other in my work place have much cheaper boots that they've been using for 2+ years very disappointing.
