Himmat from Raise The Bar is the best experience in Fitness. I was super fat when I joined the program. After day one of assessment I wanted to see transformation in days but I know it won't happen overnight.After weeks and days of hard work and his determination to not let me fall short...Himmat has helped me genuinely to work hard and smart.It's not just exercises but also sticking to the diet.Very good motivator and doing at home has been very very good experience for busy people like me who work from home.

I started training with HIMAT in 2018 and continue to be one of his clients. HIMAT changed the way I view exercising. I never walk away from a session with him in pain or discomfort. During every exercise he confirms and reconfirms if the exercise causes pain or discomfort in any way and if it does he modifies the exercise to ensure I don’t hurt myself doing it. He shows up on time and is consistent. He motivates me and encourages me to keep making small and steady effort to reach goals. He customizes the exercise regimen to suit my needs-if I have had a day where my ankle hurts or neck hurts, he makes sure that the area is healed first before he starts training. He makes exercising fun, we laugh a lot during our sessions and keep it light. My young son and my dog joins us sometimes in our training session and he is so accommodating! Over the years he has become more than my trainer … he is my friend! Thanks HIMAT!!! ❤️

The best experience I’ve ever had with a personal trainer. Himat is a different kind of trainer. He’s super professional, respectful and actually cares about your well-being.I never finished a session in pain (like with other trainers). In fact I finish every session feeling great. Himat pays special attention to posture, and ensures we don’t hurt ourselves.What’s best is Himat is super knowledgeable and friendly. Instead of dreading exercise I actually look forward to it!! Mainly becauseHimat keeps things light and fun.They have super- reasonable rates, are always punctual and what’s especially impressive is that Himat always comes prepared with a plan for each training session.If youve been thinking of starting personal training at home, online or other- look no further and call Raise the Bar. I am able to stay on a routine that works really well around my work schedule, which was super important to me. I already look and feel better than ever. I worked with Himat for quite a long time before I moved to BC. He was extremely flexible and punctual to all our training sessions. We trained at my office so some days I would have to change the time last second but he always accommodated me and made sure I got my 3 sessions per week so I can stay on top of my goals. He always paid very close attention to my form every exercise to make sure I had good technique. I was very happy with the results and the strength I was gaining. Thank you for keeping me accountable! Highly recommended Raise the Bar!
