Garry is super knowledgeable and was so helpful in a stressful situation. He was able to help us get through the holidays with a temperamental furnace so our visitors stayed warm and we didn't have to cancel Christmas! Thank you for your support!

The turnaround from when we called and when they were able to visit our house was quite prompt. We called because our old AC unit has not been working for several years and we were quite sure we needed a brand new unit. We had a different company come out a few years ago and say that our current unit was unfixable and would have to be completely replaced. To our pleasant surprise the tech from Garry's informed us that this was false, and that our unit was still in good working condition but needed new coolant and just a quick tune up. It took less than an hour and they had our AC working again, I am writing this review about a week after the fix and it still works fine! Saved us I am sure multiple thousands of dollars. Very friendly and fantastic service, would recommend.

Everything about my experience with Garry's heating was amazing. First speaking to Heather setting up the appointments was always very friendly, timely and professional, the quote was done quickly and Garry answered all the questions I had and layed out a few different options that would works for me. Lastly Amy and the team came and installed everything quickly and professionally being very respectful of my home and being very pleasant and knowledgeable to deal with. Highly recommend this company. Thank you for the great service.

Rudest service tech or even person for that matter that I have ever had in my house!!! We had to kick them out of our house mid service! My wife and I have never been treated like that before. Couldn’t believe it! Unbelievably Aggressive and rude and I work in the oilfield so I’m used to gruff people. I’m glad my wife wasn’t home alone.

We had a great experience with Garry’s this year. We had Cole come out and give us an estimate to install A/C- he was on time, very friendly, and took the time to explain and walk us through the estimate. The workers that came for the install appointments were also all very friendly and got everything done in a timely manner. We will definitely be using Garry’s in the future and have recommended to friends/family/coworkers. Thanks guys!

I've had Garry's team come out a couple of times lately. Vince cleaned out the ducts and Amy fixed up a problem from another company's installation. Both folks were very friendly, answered all my questions and arrived early. This is a great family business to work with. They did an excellent job on a furnace replacement at my old house a few years ago as well.

Prompt service, Fair price, Friendly staff. Would use Garry and his crew again without a doubt.

I have used Garry's twice this year. An AC issue that was promptly addressed, diagnosed and repaired this summer and most recently this November for our furnace. Knowing that issues arise with our homes, its a comfort to know that we have a local company that truly cares and supports.

One of the best companies in Edmonton for AC installation. I truly felt my business was appreciated and everything was done professionally. The only reason I am refraining from giving 5 stars is because of the Electrical Services company they use. The electrical installation (which is not part of Garry's crew) was a nightmare because the city would not approve the installation. After a long and tedious journey, Garry made sure me (the customer) was treated fairly and the electrical services company followed through with the permit. All in all, I would HIGHLY recommend Garry's heating services. Some of the friendliest folks out there.
