I’m a little disappointed. I got the Eggs & Bacon poutine which calls for a fried eggs and it came scrambled. I’m not sure about you but to me those are two VERY different things. Also, on my dog I asked for no tomatoes due to food reactions during my pregnancy and the dog still had tomatoes. I know these changes can be overlooked sometimes but it is still a little disappointing for someone that’s been going to fat Frank’s for years. It’s typically my go to hot dog spot.

Went in today to grab a kids meal and a combo and was greeted by the most unfriendly face who was not happy to be around at all. We then proceeded to be extra charged which we noticed on the receipt but we thought we’d just get extra food so we left it be, we were then given our food without 2 drinks when we ordered 2 only one; and the food she extra charged us for wasn’t even given. We weren’t given a bag for our food even though we said we were to go, We went back inside to show the issue and she acted clueless. Will not be coming in again.

Got the jalapeno Smokey and the jalapeno was like very overpowering and not a good spice normally that is my go-to jam but something in the recipe has changed it's not a good flavoring couldn't even finish it

My sister introduced me to this place not too long ago and I have to say I'm glad she did. The food is great, the restaurant is pretty clean, the staff friendly, and the prices decent. It's a great place to get a quick bite and I always look forward to going back.

Over priced and quality is subpar. Ordered a poutine and fries are hard as a rock, gravely is thin and soup consistency and cheese curds won’t melt. I wouldn’t bother coming back.

Thought it was a great place wish I tried more food items while I was there but only have the fire dog . Was great . Would like to go here again in the future

Last time I was here, had a diff server with better service. Today I felt like a nuisance to the woman who was working today. Can hear her grunting in frustration, exasperated sighs. Slamming things open and closed.. My hotdog was overcooked, burger was fine and fries taste like there were drying and the refried. I really shouldn't have tipped at all. I think I'll travel to a different franks to get my fix, the service here today was as garbage as the service I got.

Walked in to a single person eating at the tables,after a few minutes of reviewing the menu the person got up and dumped her tray and sauntered Into the kitchen. Had no idea she was an employee. No greeting then we had to initiate the order. Got the impression that we interrupted her lunch. Not that she was rude but you could tell that she wasn't impressed which made the whole experience rather uncomfortable. I enjoy Fat Franks but that experience won't bring me back to that location.

These guys are slipping. Veggie dogs sold out, one washroom out of order, fountain pop machine removed (forcing you to buy canned or bottled pop), and now the deep fryer is down - what's next? Time to step up the game!

We have never been there before it was terrible Fries were hard as a rock Reheated 3 times to get that hard. Service nonexistent grumpy didn’t answer questions messed up on both of our orders
