Well there's so much I can say I could be writing for an hour or two Sam Aidan and Racheal are some of the staff I have been blessed with their time care and concern setting matters right for me in my life. On a weekly basis getting help with housing banking goal setting exercise and meal planning....This is the place for me to get the help I need in a professional and caring matter in navigating life with a brain injury had been extremely difficult until I started my journey with Brain Trust I look forwards to my appointments every week. I am blessed this survice was available to me because I truly have helped myself bye coming here. I couldn't have done this on my own and I have been able to stay true to my own recovery and my mental esteem has improved dramatically...I will continue to achieve my goals through the help and access to there services...I really don't know where I would be without them...so all I can say is Thank you very much doesn't even come close to the Love I have for BrainTrust!!!! Keep up the amazing work here and all the staff that are apart of You all ROCK!!!!!!!

As someone who has a traumatic brain injury and ptsd/ depression I had turned to Brain Trust in a time of need. I was in a very dark place at the time. I had given them the documents they required and I was told I would receive a call from someone in a few days. Never happened. I then reached out and was told that she was about to call me, at the very end of the work day. I was told my application was all approved and that I would receive a call from a counsellor in a week. That week came and went. I reached out to them, left a voicemail, three days later I reach out again and I was told that they was some sort of mix up and a counsellor would call me by Wednesday of next week. Again, nothing. At that point I gave up. Now, three months later someone else calls me and wants me to participate in a study for the university, she asked how my counseling was going and I said I haven’t seen or talked to anyone from there. She apologized and asked me to come in to talk to her. I made the drive in to talk and we talked for over an hour, she seemed caring and understanding. I was told by her that a counsellor would call me by next week, well that week has also come and gone, no email, checked the junk folder and no phone call. I have zero trust in BrainTrust.If you need help and are in serious need, please call one of the help lines. Do not put your trust into this place, they have made my situation far worse and I don’t want anyone else to have to go through the rollercoaster of hope and disappointment that this organization gives.
