Dr. Catherine and her staff are amazing! Our dog has a bad ankle and Dr. Catherine fixed him after 6 treatments. We should have came back for maintenance but didn't due to distance and worldly changes. The service is worth the drive and you'll never find someone who cares about your pet as much as Dr. Catherine.

We started coming here when our 9-year-old dog burst a cruciate ligament in her back knee. Canine Aquafitness is a consulting vet so they work with your regular dog's vet; they helped come up with a nonsurgical treatment plan that included a custom made leg/knee brace, laser and infrared treatment and once she's able to: underwater treadmill. So far things have been going really well - our dog is more mobile and with the brace she's now able to go for walks (all without surgery). The recovery will be longer than surgery but less invasive and the laser/IR treatment will help her other joints too. It's on par or slightly less than surgery, though there's a 2nd brace option that is cheaper (but wasn't suitable for our dog). Hopefully in about 7-9 months she'll only need the brace for longer walks. She has taken to the brace just fine and has no issues with it. The vet and the staff are all really nice. Main downside is: long drive from Calgary. But otherwise the location is good, parking in the back or front. Check out the British fish and chips shop next door too!

Canine Aquafitness & Veterinary Rehab Center Okotoks has been such an amazing experience for me and my pup! Catherine is so sweet and caring and always has your pets best intrest at heart. We have been going here Since October 2021 because my pup had to get TPLO surgery and her recovery and quality of life since going to aqua has been next level. The facility has a ramp so your pup dosen't have to climb stairs also there is a nice yard with a water bowl always out and parking which is a huge ++. My pup had Laser treatments, chiro adjustments and regular aqua sessions, she loves going for her sessions and always feels better for them the next day. I can't reccommend Catherine and her facility enough. If you truly want your pup to get better, go here and take Catherines advice, do the work and you will have the rewards. If your pet has an injury, then this is the best place for conservative management. Your pet will be thoroughly examined and appropriate treatment will be offered. We had a pug with a CCL tear who has fully recovered . A custom brace was made for him. Now our other pug is going through the same as we noticed her limping.

I want to thank Dr Catherine and her staff , for the wonderful way they have treated Sprocket and myself. We have a 2 hour drive to get here and they are very accommodating. (Well worth the drive)Sprocket is a 8 year old Schnauzer cross dog that tore his CCL. I was looking for an alternative to surgery when I was refereed to Canine & Veterinary Rehab Centre. Dr Catherine fitted Sprocket with a knee brace 3 weeks ago. Sprocket hasn't looked back since. He is doing wonderful, we are back to doing 2 short walks a day and he is one happy puppy which makes me happy.

*EDIT in response to owner: Adjusted the typo in the cost my apologies. I stand by the fact the location is a challenge. There is really only street parking and that's very rarely available. We did park in the back off the alley but since our visits were in the winter it was an issue to load and unload the dog with mobility issues and get him inside as the path in was less than ideal ie icy not clearedWould not recommend. First the location is poorly suited - not accessible for dogs that have mobility issues. In my case I found since we didn't opt to spend $2+K on a brace for a senior and only want to do physio they help for a bit (6 visits?) and get rid of you. Physio was super helpful hence the 3 stars and we continued this at home. Aqua was never offered in our case.

Staff are super friendly and treat your dog wonderfully. They have a huge variety of options for rehab and work out a personal program to meet your dog's needs. If you have a dog who needs rehab from an accident, surgery or just needs extra like my girl who has hip dysplasia be sure to give them a call!

This is Freyja, she loves to play VERY hard and ended up going lame from injury. The treatments she received made all the difference in the world. We purchased a infrared heating pad that has helped the whole family, human and pet. Very appreciative of the care.

Very friendly and knowledgeable. Very honest as well. She felt my dog didn't need a brace. I was highly impressed.

I am very grateful to have found this amazing place to help my Great Dane recover. He was fitted with a stifle brace and gets chiropractic treatment along with laser therapy.
