I'm a first-time homebuyer and the thought of trying to get into the market was a daunting experience. I met with Samuel in early 2021 to get a general feel for what it would take given the craziness I kept hearing about. He walked me through the different scenarios and even though I wasn't ready at that time, he was very helpful without being pushy in any way. Then after six months, I decided to explore again more seriously and met with Samuel to look at my options. The climate was fast-paced, homes were quickly moving on and off the market, and I was overwhelmed, but Samuel was there to guide me through it. He understood what I was looking for and was able to talk me through considerations that I didn't even think about, answered my many questions promptly, looked into unfamiliar neighbourhoods for me - he was 100% there with me every step of the way. He truly cares about his clients and it's obvious that he wants to ensure that they've made the right decision. I've finally purchased my first home and truly, I couldn't have done it without Samuel's help!

Honest team, helped me and my team find a commercial studio space. Pretty knowledgable. Will use in the future for investment properties.
