Recently bought Nissan Rogue and I had a great experience. Everyone was very welcoming especially Olympia Fernandes was very helpful in providing all the necessary details. He kept us updated on the status of the car and he even pushed for the early delivery. Overall had a very happy and good experience.

Avoid doing business with this dealership. They make up their own policies that go against their leasing contracts. I'm looking to buy out my lease at the end of next month and they insisted that they would only process the transaction if I certified the vehicle with their dealership, refusing to allow me to take it to another mechanic or dealership.I'll be taking my business to another Nissan dealership.

Have gone here for service for over 15 years. Went last week with an appointment for oil change and tire rotation (if required). Less than 10,000 kms on vehicle. Not only did they have the vehicle for 4 hours, when I finally told them I was coming for the car because I had an appointment, they did a tire rotation and vehicle inspection but NO OIL CHANGE!! Nothing was mentioned to me at the time and the alert in my vehicle had been turned off. Wonder how that would affect my warranty, missing oil changes.The attitude quickly deteriorated when questions were asked. Will never darken their doorstep again.

Ended up here due to an emergency situation. I did not have an appointment, and had never been to this location. These guys are amazing! helped me out of my jam with amazing customer service!If I lived in Oakville I would certainly be a regular customer.

I’ve owned two Nissans and have been extremely happy with both. My 2020 Kicks was unfortunately totalled in March 2022 but during the year and a half I had it, it was exceptional. Never gave me any issues and was a smooth drive.The service here is incredible. Everyone from sales to service goes above and beyond for you. I left each time feeling I got great, friendly service. Once I had an issue after getting my car serviced and it was dealt with immediately. It’s not the mistake, it’s how it’s dealt with that matters to me and this dealership handles every issue with responsiveness and care.I would recommend to anyone that buys a car here to get a warranty! It is worth it. New cars are basically iPhones on wheels and things are going to happen. The dealership doesn’t control the price of parts or their availability. I had a faulty sensor on my new Kicks and I walked away with a bill for $0. Warranty may be a bit extra but it’s worth every penny when you need it.This is a well managed dealership and I will continue to purchase my vehicles from them. I wish I didn’t live so far now or I would continue to go here for service. Thanks to everyone at Oakville Nissan.

Went in and bought my 1st car last week.One of my best purchase experiences in life. Scott and Jae listened to everything i needed and wanted, answered the million questions i had. Hands down these r the guys to see, the level of service is well over 100%On pickup, kayleigh takes lots of time to go over everything in the car, introduce to service, take picturesAll 3 people followed up with me up to a week laterLooks like im driving nissan 4 life!!!

Unprofessional and unethical dealership adding administrative charges just to increase profitability. Avoid at all costs. Many other Nissan dealerships do not charge this fee. Bought our vehicle elsewhere with no extra/hidden fees.Too bad a “0 ⭐️ “ isn’t an option.

I don’t know what they did on my car, the stain cannot be removed, and it took for 5 hrs to complete a simple oil change. I also asked for tire changes, and they lost one of my tires. Very “nice” work tho. Hopefully, I can get my tires back.
