Gold Earring broke within a year of purchase and they want $60 to fix it! At no time did they ask me for the receipt, if they had I would have looked for it! All they said was earrings break and they can’t do anything. Only when pushed did they say will see if they can fix it for a charge. No apology even given for the fact that it did break. Not very helpful in there !

Once you buy here, NO return!!!!Again, NO RETURNS!Unlike other stores, you CANNOT return here- so people, make it the very LAST store you go to…..be smart.Happy “fair” shopping.

I will not be recommending Dallany to anyone. We brought our younger sister here for her very first engagement ring shopping experience. It was clear that the staff member didn't want to provide any service. My sister tried on a few rings. The whole time we were there, the staff member did not speak to any of us at all. She may as well had told us to leave. We left and I apologized to my sister for bringing her to Dallany and since it was her first store, she said oh I thought that was normal." Thankfully the staff member at both Ann Louise and Ben Moss were helpful

I had the pleasure of meeting Ken a few years ago , he has been amazing over the years. The creativity and ideas he has to make that special piece has always been better than I could imagine. If you are looking for that one of piece go see Ken he will amaze you with his talent and professionalism. Be careful of this store. Once you paid the money they will never allow to refund or even exchange even though all other stores have 7-30 days refund policy. The manager is very adamant and refuse to negotiate. Just shop around all other jewry stores except this one.Reply on the owner's response saying it was un-refundable because it was altered and sized:For our case it was not a custom made band and unworn. We originally chose a type and was told to pick up several days after based on our finger size. We did not asked for any special alternation such as brush polishing. The alternation was added without noticing us and it shouldn't be used as excuse to reject our exchange request. As for the sizing part, all other jewry stores offer a 7 day to up to 1 month of refund even after sized. But for our case even though we tried to reach out the second day after picked up the band, we were told it was not possible to exchange or refund. As customers we think it's unfair to be told it's final sale even though we just picked up our band. This jewellery store is the absolute best! They have repeatedly provided outstanding customer service. I have bought several pieces of jewelry here including my wife's custom engagement ring and wedding band. Anytime myself or my wife have had questions or need a small repair they are happy to help and Ken (owner) always provides top notch quality workmanship. Highly recommend anyone buy their jewelry here!

Poor quality, poor exchange policy and no return even for the poor quality products, and very poor customer service.10/10 go to People's Jewelers where people are trained to treat you well, and the quality is better it won't tarnish after 10 days.

I couldn't imagine buying jewelry from anywhere else. The passion they have for connecting people to some of their most desired treasures is second to none.Having such a drive to have the best pricing makes for a very unpressured buy. I do shop around but always end up buying here.
