Very good place.. and Hungarian manager is amazing...

First order went OK, second order the communication was not perfect and would not cancel order. Once the order came it was nothing like the description on the website. I would not recommend this website.

This review is for an online purchase I made with this vendor on Amazon. Blatantly and deliberately sent me an open box with 4 missing parts and 1 damaged part of the Homelabs portable a/c. After giving him a bad review, he contacts me. He then sends me the missing parts & replaced the broken part. After testing the a/c, it is of course defective. You’d think he will be embarrassed at this point for all the inconvenience he has caused me. He sends me a non-UPS return label so had to argue and complain to him again. He finally sends me a UPS return label. And of course, my dilemma does not end there. He had the AUDACITY to refund me a prorated amount so I had to file a complaint to AMZ and only then that I received the full amount. Shame on this vendor (Shuvat) for operating dishonestly and deceitfully! Save yourself the stress! Read the reviews!!!

Ensemble de cuisine Josef Strauss d'excellente qualité à très bon prix. Presque moitié prix comparativement aux compétiteurs. (Doyon Després, BestBuy, Ares...) Seul bémol, l'expédition de 2 semaines. Je reste tout de même très satisfait.

Ordered items June 14 and they were apparently ‘turned over to Canada Post’. The tracking number does not exist and the updates every day for the last couple of weeks keep saying expected delivery on June 22. I am in the process of trying to get a refund. Will not deal with second party sellers again.
