Very poor costumer service!!! I ordered the SOCC MT32 coil for my vape, and I received the MT32 coil (NOT SOCC).I wrote an email to the costumer service. A guy named Danny McPherson told me it's the same thing. I mean they both work with the same vape, but it's not the same thing!!! It burns faster, and my E-juice doesn't taste the same!On their website it clearly says SOCC MT32 coils. (Also available as the MT32 coils with a silica wick. MT32 is the same as SOCC and will fit tanks that take SOCC coils.)Also available doesn't mean you will get what's left in their stock if they don't have what you pay for! So you don't receive what you pay for. IT'S FALSE ADVERTISING!!!And now, to get a refund, I have to pay AGAIN for the shipping fee, knowing that I have no fault of their misguided description on their website.Very disappointed... I will not buy from this website again!

I discovered this shop a little while ago online. Never been to the location, but that doesn't matter. The customer service was great via chatting, very knowledgeable and friendly. Received my order fairly quick. The flavors are great. I'm a new and forever customer.

Best Juice right here, nice and clean store. Products are manufactured with minimal ingredients, and I like that. Also any nic level you need they got!

I have been a customer here since 2014. In all of that time I have always enjoyed the great service I have received. Their products are great, the juice has always been of great quality. Recently I had an order where 1 item on my order got mixed up (we all make mistakes), however Canada E-Juice quickly provided a solution for me and shipped out a replacement juice. Thanks Canada E-Juice, see you on the next order.

Prices for juice have almost doubled at this place! I would stay away. There are plenty of cheaper options online.

From my personal experience there, the staff could use more education and training on their Customer Service Skills. Judgmental ignorance is not appreciated. Not to mention bad for business in a world full of Vape Shops to chose from. Much business will be lost from this. Making false accusations is not taken lightly. The Management may want to keep a closer eye on their staff behaviors.

I've been buying from this company for the last seven or eight years. When I moved out of Oshawa I still continued to order from them. Spend $50 get free shipping. Within the last three weeks the prices have increased significantly and now it's only free shipping when you spend $75.Not only am I paying more for the exact same product but now I'm also paying a shipping cost. I'm sorry guys I can't afford to buy from you anymore, you've made it impossible. I get better deals at my local vape shops. I have been loyal to you guys for years, and I have gotten nothing back. No discounts, no coupons. No reason to keep giving you more money for the same product. Best of luck but you've lost a customer.
