as good and as warm as my own home!I just love the design of the house everything is perfect!The house is actually not that big but all the spaces are well used. All the rooms are decent and clean feels very new. They even have clean towels for all the rooms.

We booked for a chalet at Les Eaux Tremblant with booking.com for the 18 Dec. Unfortunately following the government decision to change St Sauveur to a red zone and the closure of all activities, we had to cancel the reservation. On the initial reservation there was no deadline to cancel. But when we did cancel we received an email confirmation that we were going to be charged the full amount as the deadline for cancellation was on the 10 of Dec. We cancelled the reservation on the 12. Following our conversation with the agent at Tremblant Sunstar who asked us to call booking.com and booking.com who sent us back to Tremblant Sunstar, they refused to give any refund but a credit that we can use for 1 year. However they would charge us the full amount for the reservation. The full amount was even deducted from my card on the 14Dec! We did several bookings with Tremblant Sunstar before but will never ever book with them anymore. We booked the chalet to celebrate our wedding anniversary and my birthday as that was the only place where restaurants were still open. We are very disappointed by the situation especially that the full amount has been charged to us even before the reservation date.

The way they treat people is simply outrageous, I've never seen that level of unprofessionalism.. I read some bad comments before booking but I like to think you are allowed to make mistakes ; they apparently think they're allowed to not honor their commitments, even though you book months ago.Be warned, they will not hesitate to cancel your reservation few days before your arrival, and worse, they'll ask you to cancel it yourself so they don't have any penalties!

Our vacation did not go very well the moment we stepped into our apartment at Les Manoirs. It was a very hot day and there was no AC and The apartment had only 2 fans, and a broken ceiling fan.We called Chateau Beauvallon where we had picked up the keys. My husband spoke with 2 persons and they were not helpful at all. One lady even said that we should have checked that AC is available with Sunstar at the time of booking. I would never have imagined that am paying almost $500/day for a sois disant 5 star chalet and they would not have AC. The lady even mentioned that this is actually what happened when we order with Sunstar and not Chateau Beauvallon directly. I was quite shocked actually as she indirectly mentioned that booking online is not advisable. They gave Sunstar customer service and of course it was closed at 5pm soI left them a voicemail. We called chateau Beauvallon and asked for a supervisor to call us. A manager by the name of Veronique called us and apologized of all the inconveniences. However she would not be able to move us to another apartment as they were full since it was Canada Day weekend. We asked for some more fans and she did provide us with 4 more fans. However 2 technicians came and were not able to repair the ceiling fan. Next morning a Rep from Sunstar called me. She noted my complaint, and my suggestion about putting AC in all apartments. She empathized with me, as she was just doing her job, but was not of any help. I asked for a day refund as I am very disappointed and not satisfied and she said I should discuss with Chateau Beauvallon who in turn told me that I should discuss with Sunstar with whom I did the booking. The Sunstar rep said she will ask a manager from Sunstar on July 1st to call me but till now nothing even if I left Sunstar a message on July 1st at 9.30ish to call me back. It is very bad customer service and I truly believe that once they charged your credit card they do not care. Think well and do check every single when making a booking with Sunstar.

Only real negative was the cleanliness of the accommodation. Obvious it hadn't had a proper deep clean, bits of food under coffe table etc, tub grimey.Otherwise it was great. Description on website is accurate.Short walk to town, 5min for adults 10min with kids.Not worth using the shuttle most of the time as it was so close.A spa is not included and this would be a great feature if added.Accomodation was perfect for our extended family of 8. Spacious. Good size kitchen. Great having the den downstairs to send the kids down for a movie for some quiet adult timeWould go back

My family and I stayed at one of the units(#1802) and we didn’t feel like it was accurately represented on the website. We think they definitely need to upload recent pictures of the condo. All the leather on the couches (the sofa bed) were peeling and some of the sheets were half washed. The grill’s ignition lighting didn’t work — we had to use a lighter so that we could start it. The patio was small, but nice. The information desk was unresponsive to all of our calls, we had to go in person to reach them. There were many windows, which were nice to let in sunlight. The tv there had very little channels, most of which you had to subscribe to watch it. Overall it was much smaller than we had anticipated and it was also directly attached to a few other condos. Please read a few reviews before you book to make sure this is a good fit for your family — we didn’t and we regretted it.

This is not a luxury condominium.It may have been nice at one point but now the rugs are stained, the living room furniture is falling apart and many things from The kettle to the patio umbrella to the safe do not work. The duvet cover was obviously dirty when we arrived and they failed to provide me with a clean oneI tried to remedy the situation with the management and they are not responding to my emails.Please see my photos on trip advisor

Les Manoirs by Tremblant Sunstar: Our experience here this weekend was definitely less than desirable due to egregious unprofessional conduct by the manager of the property. We had come to these chalets on a class retreat after having a positive experience here in 2016. At night a large group of us gathered in one of the large chalets for dinner and drinks. We were loud but respectful of the property and did not damage anything. At 9:30 the manager knocked on the door telling us to disperse because we were being too loud, even though the contract said we could make noise until 10. What was completely uncalled for was the manor by which we were treated. The manager barged in and was swearing at the organizer of the trip, threatening to have us arrested and kicked out for the entire 2 night stay. As we walked out she was taking pictures of all of our faces, and worst of all the manager came into our rooms while we were sleeping to count how many people were in the rooms (which is a gross personal and professional ethical violation). I have never been more disrespected or felt more unsafe due to the actions of the staff. We will be taking our retreat elsewhere next year and I implore you do the same.EDIT (In response to the owner): I am shocked that the staff feels that there was no other way" to handle this than to threaten and denigrate clients. Please save your money and do not come here, no AC, no water and blocked balconyWorst management ever, they don’t care at all about customer satisfaction.We rented an apartment that ended up having a lot of issues. The AC was not working and it was summer July, water was not working in all bathrooms and the view which is the main reason we booked this condo and it was blocked due to construction. They took out money and refused to give it back although we DID NOT stay. We filled a complaint to the CITQ and we’ll take it all the way until we have our money back.
