I am a long-time customer of Renfrew Furs. I bought my first fur coat in 1991. I received great customer service that day. The staff was friendly, professional, helpful and honest in their assessment as I tried on coats. They did not just want to sell me a fur coat, they wanted me to purchase the right one to compliment my shape and complexion color. I went there to purchase a mink coat, but the staff said it made my complexion look too pale. I tried on multiple coats before selecting the one I purchased, a mink with fox trim. They were absolutely right in their assessment. When I was ready to buy my second fur coat, I knew I was going to buy it at Renfrew Furs. As previously stated, I have been a customer since 1991. I appreciated their honesty then, as much as I do now. Renfrew Furs has stored, cleaned, oiled and mended/altered my furs over the years. The service has always been consistent and exemplary. There is no one else I wholly trust with the care of my furs and the purchase of future furs. They have been in business for a long time and have great experience and knowledge of the fur industry. They also have a great selection of furs and other items. You can find some unique pieces in their store. I also appreciate the fact it is a family business and once you are a customer, it feels like you are part of the family.

Fur is warm, great quality

Me and my friend went in today, at the start of our entry the place is beautiful and cute, we were greeted by the friendly and sincere Robert. I told him what I was looking for, he was so patient and personal and most definitely knew what he was talking about and gave me tips as to what I can do to get something more tailored to my wants. We haven't even brought anything yet and he started to tell us about care and things we should be watching out for. He's seriously an amazing person, the place is so adorable and beautiful (almost kinda like you entered a story book), definitely going back there for my tailored fur coat!Thanks Robert!
