Buffalo Bill Wings

Not the first time i order from there but this time, i got some old, disgusting chicken.Each wings smelled like uncooked chicken left out of the fridge overnight.Never again

Waited over 2 hours for delivery because they delivered to the wrong house. Pretty sure when I contacted them asking where my food was and they realized their mistake, they went to pick up the food where they left it and then brought it to me (contactless delivery during covid) because it was lukewarm at best. No actions taken on their end to compensate me for the wait or for the old food. Will definitely not order from here again.

Two hour later, the restaurant insists that they have delivered the food, but it has never arrived. Owner was super rude on the phone.

If I could put a quarter of a star I would, what a bunch of scammers. Placed an order with door dash, restaurant says it should be here at 11:44-11:54. Cool, wait for order, 40 minutes later still not here then the app tells me the order has been completed. Completed how? Scam complete is more like it. Going to request a refund and never do business with these clowns again.

I ordered food through the doordash app, I waited for 1 hour to find out that it had been marked as delivered, despite never receiving it. i tried to call them but they don't answer the phone. I won't be ordering from them again, and I hope they take measures to improve their delivery operations and customer support.

To give some context, I've eaten from here about five times. Twice it was at the location and the other times was take-out.The food quality is inconsistent. Sometimes it's on point, other times you could get your wings overcooked and dry, and the sub with a cold bun. Out of 5 meals, no two have been the same.So they just need to dial in the consistency because when they get it right, it's good stuff!But one issue that has happened every time is the very long wait times for the food. When comparing to other Buffalo Bill locations, this one seems to take a very long time. For my take-out, each of them has taken over an hour to get to me for just 1 sandwich.I'm not sure what causes the inconsistencies and long wait for even small orders, but they are things that can be addressed and i'm sure they can get on a positive groove. But for now, for me, eating from this location isn't an option anymore (though the door is always open if i hear that things have improved)

I used to think the new owners were just being there quirky selves but I started becoming uncomfortable when I felt bullied for my orders. If I order 15 wings with fries it’s like he is telling me I’m not ordering enough. The food is good sometimes it’s hit or Miss but the service is very rude. I’ve put up with it too much because I do enjoy the food but not anymore. If you don’t want people to order one combo then put a minimum order amount. Then to tell me the price of wings etc. It’s not my issue how much you pay for wings. But you just lost a dedicated customer for trying to bully me to spend more and I have before. He’s never satisfied with what I order until I’ve spent over $50 and I tip very well. After a point I get you are stressed for money but appreciate the people who want to buy and support not bully them to spend more money because wings and fries is too low of an order. Just disturbing.

First time I came to this place and I like it.I ordered BBQ and Honey, it came with fries ( 10 pieces of Chicken wings).It is delicious. I recommend it!

1 star is too high for Châteauguay buffalo billsI will NOT order again.I was a loyal customer for yrs. But after the 4 meals I got today never againThe wings were smaller than my pinky finger. No or barley any sauce on all meals.I called to voice my concerns but they disregarded it. Told me to visit the website.Which I did send am email. But doubt anything will happen.So that all being said over 50$ later I now have to order a pizza to fill my kids bellies.Shame on you Buffalo Bills

The Owner is GREAT (kind, amicable) but the delivery guys aren't the greatest at customer service. Two in particular are rude and are shocked when their tip reflects their attitude .The chicken wings have gotten smaller over the years . Sometimes the chicken wing/fry meal is like soup , sometimes it's like a desert. I've had the debit machine at the door not work more than once. I've been ordering for years but I'm over the inconsistency.
