First time customer placing an online order. Ordered 4 kits and some supplies. Packed in a better than average U-Haul box and as was mentioned by other reviewers, all Gundam model kits individually bubble wrapped inside the box and some loose model supplies bubble wrapped and slipped inside some of the kits and post it notes to tell you as such. Great stock items, prices and customer service. I wouldn't hesitate to order from here again. I now have 2 great places to order Gundam. Thank you so much.

Great service, prices are generally lower than most competitors in Canada. Ships fast and arrives undamaged everytime. Ordered about 2k worth already.They are also opening a Markham location which is great for me, considering I'm in the GTA ^_^

I bought Gundam Pharact from them months ago at a toy fair for extremely good price and owner was really nice! Not only that, but they helped with parts replacements for sets I didn’t know they had pieces for! They responded SUPER fast, super professionally and the exchange was easy! I’m definitely going to be using their services again in the future, and recommend them to everyone looking for new sets or part replacements!

Gundam Extra has terrific customer service, competitive prices and fantastic product selection. I can confidently say this will be the only store I will be purchasing Gunpla and supplies from. The owner is really friendly, fast to respond and accommodating. The turnaround time is also very fast. They also post estimates when products will be restocking. I highly recommend this store over any other store/website in Canada, especially if you are local to Victoria/Vancouver Island!

This review is a bit late but I'm making it after comparing some of the prices to some of the more prevalent Gundam store in Canada.Gundam Extra is so far the best experience I've had in buying anything Gunpla related. Good and fast customer services with prices that can't be compared to any other shop in Canada. Shipping was fast(same day). The three times that I ordered it said that it would take around 2 to 3 weeks to get my packages but each time it only took 1 week. Will definitely buy more in the future and won't look at other shops anymore. Good job!

I'm a veteran gunpla builder and have purchased from all over Canada. Without a doubt Gundam Extra ranks as top tier. Every order I've made with them has been shipped out super fast, prices are competitive with the lowest I've seen and the few times I've had to reach out to them to fix small things, their customer service has been quick and responsive. I can tell this place is run by people that genuinely love Gunpla.If I had to offer any feedback it would be that the website has been running a bit slow in recent weeks (usually clears up though).
