I have a Trek 800 Sport bike that I had not used in many years. I decided to make an online appointment with Velofix to get my bike tuned up. Steve was helpful and explained what needed to be done. He was quick and efficient. Once all of the repairs were done, I took it for a test drive and all was good. I asked Steve about helmets and he gave me great advice about which type and what kind of fit is needed for a helmet. I am really pleased with his work and I would highly recommend Velofix for any type of bike repair and/or maintenance.

Steve is very good at everything bikes. Easy to talk to and very professional. Fixed my issues with my bike and then took the time to look it over and make sure it was in tip top condition! Highly recommend this excellent service that comes right to your door!

My wife's bike was not ride-able and required repairs, so I went online to learn what the options were in the Windsor area. I found velofix and was impressed that they come to you - and although they were an unknown entity to me I decided to give them a chance. The online booking process was very easy, the price and types of service was clearly identified, and the confirmation work order arrived in my inbox within moments. Steve arrived at the appointed time and we went over the bike's issues together. He then took the bike into his workshop van and spent about an hour repairing and then testing the bike. When it was all done, he reviewed with me everything he fixed, offered suggestions on maintenance and prevention, and even told me about places to ride that I didn't know of. Credit card payment was made from his van and was followed-up with a receipt by text to my cell, which was followed-up by a detailed / itemized receipt by email a few days later. I much appreciate the incredible convenience of this mobile service, the fair pricing, and Steve's friendliness, high level of professionalism and knowledge. velofix exceeded my expectations and therefore I feel comfortable to recommend them to anyone requiring bike repairs and who want the convenience of having a professional service come to you!

Steve from velofix was amazing I bought my son a brand new bike because his chain kept breaking so I thought the bike was unfixable, he hated it so I found velofix online and I called they had an appointment immediately for me, he was on time explained everything and fixed it right there, absolutely amazing I recommend them to everyone!!
