Hi.i'm really thankful of Jolie ferron and the recruiting company Bedard Ressource.she is so nice and explained the job crystal clear,with a positive atitude and followed up too.i'm so happy found a great company with a great team who are fully responsible and precise in detail.Really appreciate that indeed.

I am not at all satisfied with this company! Over a month ago I had a interview with one of the recruiters..I have been calling, emailing and texting her for news to see about a job she suggested or any other available (said she would call back in the next couple of days) and I have never heard anything back since.

After many years of searching with the help Sylvie and her staff I found a job to my liking. A simple thank-you or merci is not enough. I am telling my story to everyone who is looking a job and a change of bad environment to seek help with Sylvie at Bedard Ressources.Merci encore.

My first job with Bedard was not bad.$17.75/h evening shift and close to my house.But when the company saw , the high time go low, told me to come in the morning. So I didn’t show up. They told the morning people to show up in the afternoon (to some new employees). This the company downsized without trying to keep us.I asked Bedard for another job. They offered a job that paid $15/h (barely nothing). The owner could not give more than 32 hours a week. I asked Bedard to give me another job…They blacklisted my email, phone and even my name. Every time, I call, the moment, they open their file, they say that they have nothing available for morning, evening and night in Laval. In other ways, they just simply refuse to offer me job.These agencies are the problem today. With cost in gas and inflation… it is better for companies to pay the whole amount to the employees directly…not through a useless work agency. It is very hard to get a job that pays overs 20$/h via agencies. Whiles some companies even pay in cash. So the tax is your income. Illegal but hey… why should people (specially immigrants) get manipulated by scam artists (job recruiters).No time for a proper talk and ask what want for a job. Always, they try to offer the lowest paid possible amount to get employee.
