This is a great service. Working with Tom and Avenue Enterprises has made real estate investing so much easier for me since I don't need to deal with the problems that come with traditional tenants. Now when I get a new condo I just call Tom.

At first I was unsure about the whole corporate housing idea, but one of my friends who already works with Avenue Enterprises highly recommended trying this out. Am I ever happy I did! It's been such a wonderful experience working with Tom and Avenue Enterprises. I make more money, my property stays in excellent condition and I'm able to finally relax knowing my rental is professionally handled. They even allow me to do walk throughs and check in on the place anytime I want.

I have been renting two brand new apartments to Avenue Enterprises for over a year now. As a long-time landlord, this has been the biggest blessing! Tom has paid his rent on time every month. He takes very good care of the units cleaning them and making sure everything is ship shape. I love renting to him and wish I had more rentals to rent to him because it makes life as landlord so much easier. It is like having him as a landlord to look after my units and pays me to do his job!
