Went there, sat in the waiting room for two hours. Got taken into the exam room and waited 10 minutes for the doctor, just for him to not listen to a single word I said and give me some prescription that I don’t need. Very careless looked like he just wanted to get the day over with.

Excellent service. Great bedside manner. Staff is friendly, efficient and knowledgeeble.

Staff is not organized, on website it says walk ins are ok , came there at 10.30am and was told it will be 45mnts wait, than after 1.45hr she told me another 20-30 mntsFinely I got call after 2hrs and 45 mnts waitAnd it wasn't from the one I asked couple time about wait time ,she still wasn't sending me in, it was other girl said it is his turnSo I asked her how long the wait will be she took it personal and wanted me to wait more when it was my turn to see doctorDoctor was very nice, 5 stars for doctor 1 star for front staff

The service is fast and very professional.Sometimes many people are waiting for their turn but despite this, the staff and Dr try their best to do as fast as they can and make the waiting short.The Dr is very polite, Well mannered, and professional.

Exciting watching the construction;) Pumped for the Greek/Italian restaurant going in. Tim Horton's opens mid Dec 2017 and it sounds like the rest of the tenants will be spring 2018.

The Dr’s office is terrible I just started going there. Met the Dr he seemed nice haven’t seen him enough to make a full judgment. The women in the front are completely unprofessional and have no idea how to run a dr’s office. I will not be going back there. And I do not recommend. If I could give 0 stars I would.

The Tim Horton's is now open, but the access is tricky as it is still an ongoing construction site. Look carefully for the drive through sign.

Doctor is very friendly and professional but the receptionists are very rude.Had no respect at all. We were registered over there but went as walk in because my little one had a fever.They said they are not accepting walk in and had no humanity the way she reacted. As a medical professional I do understand how busy the health care settings are and the doctor also an individual who has his own capacity to work. All I would request from the receptionists is have some respect and you can always give the negative feedback in a positive way specially to a parent or even any person who desperately need help.We cancelled our registration and we would rather drive to Toronto to his paediatrician rather than being disrespected in a difficult moment.
