I wanted to run in to grab something quickly but couldn’t get around the exceedingly pushy credit card sales staff.It was clear that I wasn’t interested in engaging in this sales conversation and even advised that I already had the card (what Canadian doesn’t already have a Canadian tire mastercard?) but that wasn’t enough. Then the questions about what card it is and how often I use it, when did I use it last, etc.Sometimes somebody just wants to shop at a store without a high pressure sales pitch of something they don’t want or need. On top of that, they didn’t have the actual item I needed!It’s not the salespersons fault really, they’re just acting in the way management has advised. However, that’s enough for me to skip this store, and choose another brand entirely the next time I need something for my home.

Brutal return policy, I’ve never experienced anything like that before, making it that difficult to return something of their own Mastercraft product. Very disappointed.

Terrible staff and terrible return policy. They claim I used the item even though I didn’t and refused to refund me. Talked to the manager and said they couldn’t do anything about it. Do NOT go to this Canadian tire. Or the one in bayers lake either. Both terrible. The older female staff at the customer service are very rude. I’ve found this at this the one in dartmouth crossing, bayers lake and dentith road. Avoid all of them if you can. I have not returned.

Was treated very poorly when i showed my native status card and asked if i can get the discount.Was told i have to get a booklet, when i asked how i may acquire this booklet i was just shown a piece of paper they posted about it then she decided to turn her back on me like i was being abother to her and should already know.Was never asked for booklet at bayers lake so will not be going back to spryfield untill they know how to have better customer service.

Lazy customer service lady, your job is customer service yet you don’t provide service to your customer so why are you there, lazy lady wouldn’t check on the availability of item in Bayers lake store to save me the trip out there, I was the only person in the line up, not busy at all, she’s just lazy collecting a paycheque for doing minimal work, I won’t be back.I get an electronic message from the owner telling me to contact customer service for further help?? Why would I do that? You hired her, your problem. Stop wasting my time with your non service. I’m reading the long list of negative reviews and they all state the same thing, Contact customer service so we can assist you further, How exactly will calling the number provided help me? you obviously don’t care if I shop in your store.

I took some time to write this review because this Canadian Tire branch is the only No returns branch" in Canada.They do not accept returns even for the packages which are unopened.They claim that they can only offer exchanges but for the products which cannot be exchanged in cases when there are no available products to exchange with

Was there to purchase an outdoor play set for the Grandkids.Staff was very helpful and while the person helping me was verifying one was in stock, I was approached by another staff member asking if I needed assistance with anything.

Good for a simple stop, good prices. Their brand is good quality but, do not compare with DeWalt or Makita. Don't expect anything fancy. When things are not on sale they are more expensive than most places but, good usually. Can also be crowded on rush hours and staff could be overstressed - blame managers and company for exploiting employees. Overall, good for a quick stop.
