Called their Dispatch at 9:00 PM on a Saturday night and he diligently began looking into options for Sunday AM delivery, with a promise of a phone call in the morning. He said he couldn't guarantee anything but he was willing to take the time to make it work if he could - this is the kind of business I think we all appreciate dealing with. One that values the consumers time and money. Having used local couriers for years, I cannot recommend these guys highly enough - anyone who is willing to go above and beyond on a weekend to get you out of a pinch is B2B gold. And this is my first time ever using them not a valuable account of theirs.

This is the second time that I've used Quokka's service in the last year and each time I am so impressed. Their customer service is above and beyond. They are friendly, attentive, and efficient. This was my review from last year: Extremely impressed with the service and very competitive prices. I was pleasantly surprised at the rate for a small package courier from Vancouver to Coquitlam. They were extremely professional and attentive to details. I love that most of their fleet are plug in hybrid electric vehicles. They also have a quick service quote calculator on their website which is handy.
