My review is specifically for unit 2414: surface level the unit was clean but really needs a deep clean....carpets are old and stained, the couch is old and cushions sunken in, towels seem old/cheap and are small, sheets on bed not the best but beds themselves were comfy, no pride of ownership here with cheap random old decor, shower curtain was old and stank, I would not stay in this unit again, I felt uncomfortable/dirty and checked out early.Grounds/pool were nice, location could be better but very much depends on what you’re there for.

Absolutely SHOCKED and DISGUSTED! The kitchen had one fork? Our stay was terrible. Our place was absolutely filthy. The dishes were not washed, toenails/garbage on the couch; hair on the bed, dirt/bugs/finger prints on the windows, floor not washed or swept. Side tables had crumbs. The kitchen wasn't fully equipped like promised. There was not enough towels. Wasn't given extra toilet paper. There was a paper towel holder with none given, the bbq was filthy and there wasn't a brush to clean it. No extra garage bags. They also charge a cleaning fee??? I'm not sure why because you have to clean yourself. We came to stay for my mother's birthday and this place completely wrecked the whole trip. Will not recommend. When brought to their attention, they did nothing nor apologize. Do not waste your money.

Pinnacle Pointe Resort
Loved this resort. The apartment was well kept, loving amenities pool and gym were great to use. The neighbors were lovely and quite. It was a very peaceful location and stores were near by. Would definitely stay there again in the future.

There was a lot, let me start by saying the manager I was dealing with was great, very attentive and offered us to cancel but because we had wedding activities all weekend we could not find anything at that short notice.In the stair well there was blood on the railing and down the hall and on the door handle.The door lock to our suite looked like it had been broken and did not seem safe.The main" bedroom had duct tape on the floor

Nice pool, nice hot tub, I jist go there to visit my girlfriend but from the amount of times I've been there, it is a nice resort, plenty on entrances, fire exits are in optimal locations, and as an added bonus, the building always has a nice smell to it that never gets old. If you wanna buy or lease a condo, this is definety the place for you.

Pinnacle Pointe Resort
We are in unit 2419. The owner of this unit decorated with Walmart drapes and bedding. Everything is cheaply done and of dubious quality. Pillows are pancakes; tattered blankets and duvets that do not cover the bed. Honestly I would be embaressed to rent this out especially for the $200 plus a night.

They are condos and very nicely laid out. Ours was privately owned. If you are holding there is a golf course on site. Beautiful views

I Arranged to have 14 people from our company stay here and they were beyond satisfied. The first comment I heard was that this place is too nice for us. The rooms were beautiful and well kept. The front desk was super friendly. When I was searching for a place to stay nothing else in the area seemed to compare. This trip will never be forgotten, that's for sure!

Pinnacle Pointe Resort
This place is NOT a resort - it’s a condo building. People live here, there just happens to be a group of owners who rent them out through this vacation company. Overall, I ended up stuck in a lease hating every minute of it because I couldn’t get any sleep on work days - thanks to the partying of all the vacationers. If you like to party, smoke and drink all day then this is the place to be. If you are a professional, or are looking to relax with some peace and quite, then I do not recommend.

Do not move into or stay at this building... it is a glorified hotel ran by Associa... the management does not properly address any tenant issues and leaves you to pay obscene rental bills for disgusting management services. I have never seen a building managed this poorly in 7 years working with property management companies.If you have a car/motorcycle worth anything I recommend you do not park it in the parkade... it will be damaged or vandalized.I dread when I need to spend a night in this building and often resort to staying at a hotel overnight and then attempting to work out of my home office in the building.If this narrative does not change shortly my counsel on payroll will be having a fun time...
