If your a donut store should you not have some?? Gone in twice and racks are empty. What happened to walnut crunch and cherry stick? Spreading yourself to thin with all your other menu items. Stick to a few and do them .right.

Great place to spend 30 minutes waiting for a coffee that hasn’t even been stirred. Forget trying to compete with other fast food franchises. You are barely a coffee shop. Get it together

I recently visited Tim Horton's on my way back to Toronto from Ottawa and I was very pleased with my experience. I stopped in to grab a quick coffee and a chocolate chip muffin to fuel me for the rest of the drive and I was not disappointed. The coffee was hot and fresh and the muffin was delicious - it was the perfect combination of sweet and satisfying.One thing that really stood out to me was the convenience of the location. It was right off the highway and very easy to access, which was great for someone like me who was just passing through. It was also very busy, which is always a good sign when it comes to fast food chains. The staff were efficient and friendly, and they were able to get me my order quickly despite the high volume of customers.In addition to the tasty food and efficient service, I was also impressed with the cleanliness of the location. The washrooms were spotless, which is always appreciated. Overall, I would highly recommend stopping by this Tim Horton's location next time you're passing through. It's a great place to grab a quick bite to eat or a cup of coffee on the go.

Honestly, I hate leaving bad reviews, I really do. But it's happened three times where I have been spoken to very rudely and then basically berated and complained about right in front of me while I'm waiting for my order about how inconvenient it is and so on. I've called and placed orders earlier because I'm grabbing things for my work and in large orders. Then when I call to give them a heads up they will tell me that I could have just did it on the app so then the following day that's what I did and said that I wanted them to start making my order right away and when I got there 45 minutes later it wasn't even started and it was wrong after I got it. It wasn't even like this happened with all the same people it was all different crew members that this happened with and that treated me this way. I was very anxious waiting for my order and hearing the comments that were made about me. I will never go back to this Tim Hortons.

Consistently nice people. We tend to stop here during road trips. Like all Tim Hortons, the mobile orders only show up on a specific till. Seems like a design flaw - but the manager was nice enough to explain the system - not every Tim Hortons does.No longer has plastic Tim’s cards but they still participate in the rewards program. (Unlike ONRoute Tim Horton’s which don’t count towards points.)

The staffs were very friendly and accommodating. Boston cream and veg and cheese sandwiches were awesome. Thanks to the team . Very nice team. Best Tim Hortons I have ever visited .

The service slacked a little bit last time I was there but, a really nice place mostly cheap but high quality food and drink. It's a win win for me and I highly recommend it and try something new don't just go for their coffee or breakfast muffin and judge the place, try everything first.
