Purchased a purse and was sent a small jewellery case instead. No resolution offered other than commuting 1.5hours to the nearest store for them to correct THEIR mistake.Awful customer service.

Today was the last time I step into Danier’s store, over 28 years customer I purchased a coat for my wife birthday. I was told that I can only change the size Not the style, I came back with my wife to try different size but was refused because I removed the price tag (who gives present with the tag attached with price?). What do they do if someone comes with a gift receipt, certainly not with a tag. For this kind of price point, the service was poor and bureaucratic. The policy, the sales lady kept repeating. There was no attempt to help, no motivation to help, no attempt to make it look like she wanted to help, no creativity. I mean, it’s a size, not a refund. Then came another lady who found the fine print and triumphantly read it to me. Ah, they so wanted to be “right “. The policy. Poor, poor service, classless, and will lose the store a lot of money. Not worth shopping there.

I bought a jacket at Danier Vaughan Mills recently, and Farzana was the best sales person ever! Very attentive, knowledgeable and helpful. With this level of managerial and customer care skills, she deserves a good promotion in her career.I've always loved Danier, and now even more!

Felt a bit pressured at first by the sales staff but once we asked for some space it felt better. At the end, when we needed help - we asked for it and that felt much better. Otherwise all was great. I think the store use to be bigger, so it's a bit sad to see the downsize and even less items for men.

I was a loyal customer, I got everything from them. On May 22nd I got a laptop bag from them, the sales person told me that the bag is brand new and never used, but today when I wanted to use the bag, i saw that the handle dosent look new and the front zipper is out of shape.This is not ACCEPTABLE from a store in this level.

Love the quality. Little pricy but value for money. Danier has improved lot over time and owned by the designers. Really great selection and updated designs. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Had a great shopping experience recently. The sales associate was helpful in selecting a leather jacket that suits me! Can’t wait to wear it because I’ve heard so many good feedback about Danier’s quality leather. Definitely will be coming back.

I was overcharged for the coat I have purchased a few days ago. The price tag and company’s website stated one price but I was charges something else. Apparently the store staff determines their own price and charge whatever they want. On top of that they stamp the receipt “final sale” so you don’t get your money back. I do not recommend shopping at this location
