This is the worst gass station. Quite sketchy. They cheat customers and refuse to fix situation. You have to go through the head office if you want a refund. Stay away from this place. Should not be in business!

I've spent over 1 hour stuck in the line at the carwash one weekend! I ended up parking in the line and walking over to Sobeys for some lunch - it was crazy! Other than that, this is one of my favorite gas bars - super spacious. Convenient location and usually decent prices.

I got premium fuel for the price of regular due to the fact they were out of the other gas. That was a nice perk. The car wash didn't do a great job on the first pass so they let me run it again which shows they stand behind their product's quality.

I was there with my friend. As they made stations prepaid he had to pay for gas first. When he came out and tried to put gas in as per the instructions he couldn't, and transaction got reset. The employee was rude and said he was was not authorized to do any refunds. I am assuming they can cheat people and Noone there can do a refound how not right is that. I used to go there a lot now ill avoid it. So not ok.

Worst worst car wash and worst worst customer service. I went through the wash, and it looked like dirty water film all over, I could put my finger marks into it. The manager said to go through again. I did, only to look the exact same. I requested refund, he said NO this is the best we can do

Avoid the car wash. If you have an emergency while the car wash is operational, do not bother to honk. There is no emergency protocol in place. No one will hear you honking, no one is watching. You are on your own.The staff was wearing a tiny Shell branded face mask, that barely covered his chin. Maybe provide your staff with proper protection gear and training.

Worst car wash experience ever. Paid $18.07 for an ultimate car wash. After washing, i went back to the gas station to complain about the car still dirty, but the clerk told all he could do is restart the wash cycle. But even after the second round, my vehicle is filthy. The manager on duty denied the refund and suggest me to go to the soft touch wash. Pictures speak better than words.

Car wash malfunctioned, causing equipment from the wash to come into contact with and scratch my vehicle. Station attendant witnessed the malfunction as he had to come out to let me out of the broken wash which stopped mid-cycle. Also captured all of this on my dashcam. Owner refused responsibility for the damage and was rude and belligerent when I discussed it with him. Now have to take it up with Shell corporate. Don't wash any vehicle that you care about at this location.

Worst car wash ever had...!!!!I went with the ultimate car wash and when I came out my wheels were just as bad as when I went in.When asked about the person says that's how it is and he can do nothing. He was suggesting everyone to go with the ultimate wash so that the underbody and wheels are covered but it's nothing more than a basic wash.

This afternoon I went to buy gas. Unfortunately they changed all of their gas pumps to prepaid. I left the nosel in, had to go to the store. The clerk was rude from the start, I paid 25 dollars for gas, got my receipt and went to pump the gas. When I went to press the nosel the pump was beeping and had a message that nosel must be replaced than select grade of gas. As nothing was coming out. So I replaced it and when I did the rude clerk ran out yelling at me that I canceled the transaction and therefore have to pay again for gas. I told him I just did. He refused to help, refused to refund my money back, and therfore I lost out 25 dollars. Not happy at all. Stay away from this gas station as they are nothing more than crooks.
