Lori and Meagan were very helpful. This location is fantastic with lots of options to choose from. We went to 5 of their competitor and the selection, comfort and delivery time didn’t compare. Because we do have a special order it’s going to take about 2 months. Other places said anywhere from 4 to 6 months possibly 8 months. And the price tag was about the same. LazyBoy is the place to go.

Our sales lady Rosemary was lovely and we felt very comfortable with her. Did not feel pressured and she gave us wonderful service and helpful in every way! ! We would definitely want her to be our sales lady again. The administrator lady was a little abrupt and snappy when we came in Saturday to pay our balance and pick up our chair.

Beth and Tracey were fabulous. They listened to us and helped us make some wonderful choices for our home library room. We are excited to see our new room come together!! Thank you Beth and Tracey!!

So comfy!Sales associate was great! Nirmali, I believe. She showed all the features and walked us through different styles of recliners. Store is pretty big, with a ton of furniture to see in the showroom. Pricing is fair, with a number of items on sale, it took the sting out of buying quality furniture.I looked at a number of chairs on-line, but with something like furniture, you really need to try it out. Hard part was actually selecting only one! So many to choose from. And the options, from powered to rocking, to leather and fabric! A great deal to consider.Easy to get to, lot of parking out front and along the side of the building. We are currently waiting to have our chairs delivered! Very exciting!

Beth was very pleasant and very helpful. She gave me all the information I needed to make a decision and also options in case the couch I picked out wouldn’t fit through my door. Excellent customer service!

Amazing service. I usually come here when I need some accent for home. Their strength are reliable, sofas, coffee and side tables.Don has an amazing service and other sellers are not pushing you to buy, they give you your time to look around.They have an in-house design service which is very convenient.Tip: it seems the target audience for this store (maybe La-Z-Boy) is +50. Lots of classic styles.Plenty of parking.

The furniture and other accessories are very nice but I find the prices quite exorbitant . Beth ( sales lady) was very courteous and helpful. They are having a clearance sale soon so I might well visit them again.

Sales lady spent a lot of time with me to find the right recliner. It is very comfortable and a dark brown leather. I love it. The store had a good selection. Must have tried nine chairs. Very happy with my shopping experience.R

People make or break any business. The people here are great to deal with. Arlene was a real treat to deal with. Not pushy, but attentive. Listened and responded to questions. Not in a hurry to move on to the next customer. Made us feel comfortable in our decision. We left happy with a fairly significant purchase. Good product, great people
