Daniel was very responsive to emails. He made sure my original thermostat was compatible with switching to a Nest thermostat, answered my concerns, and extremely reasonable in price! I did not have the pleasure of meeting Daniel, but my boyfriend really liked him. He came on time and installed the Nest and changed my light fixture within an hour. Definitely recommend!

I was looking for a Google Nest Professional installer on the Google Nest website and found Bourne Electric Ltd. to be a highly rated installer so I went with them. I hired them to install Google Nest Doorbell, Floodlights, and Outdoor Camera's and they did a fantastic job! Their work included installing a new electrical outlet junction box for a floodlight and retrofitting a very old electric doorbell system to work with the Nest wired doorbell. Overall they were very professional, communicated very well, and charged very fair value for the work performed.I would recommend Daniel and Tori highly to anyone needing to install Google Nest products with the security of having knowledgeable electricians do the work (since many installs can run into unforeseen complications it's a good idea to have licensed electricians do the installations).

Outstanding communication and service! Dealt with Dan McEwan. Fast, clear communication. Installed Nest security cameras outside our home. I also had an issue with our Tesla car charger installed by another company and he came by and resolved that quickly when I could not reach the installer.

There are times when businesses are suspect because of all the 5-star rave reviews, but this is not one of them. Daniel was absolutely phenomenal, from his rapid responses to my inquiry texts, to providing helpful (free) guidance to potentially avoid a service call, to the actual service call. We had a perplexing and unusual problem with our Nest system. Daniel was able to figure it out quickly and was super helpful in setting up our thermostats and doorbell. I know where we will turn if we ever need an electrician. Highly recommend.
