When dropping mower off for service one of the techs greeted me outside with that mower would make a great trade in on one of these" and slapped his hand on a stack of crates of mowers to be put together...unloaded mower made arrangements for service..:few days go by they call and say 800 bucks and we are not gonna be doing the work because there's no value in the mower but I could buy a new one and get trade value also they charged me 32 dollars for diagnosis fee even though the mower never moved from where I left it outside and the diagnostic sheet I was given basically said repairs exceed value of mower buy new one...took the mower today to a smaller buisness had the battery replaced and a front rim replaced just got done mowing my 2 acres no issues..what a joke that was"

I've always gone to q's for everything for my business. They were always good in helping us and fixing things right.I brought my MT-85 in to get the hose fitting done. As you can see they jury rigged the fitting instead of ordering the right proper fitting. The right fitting has the proper inside diameter for hydrologic flow.They never once called me and said it will cost more money to fix it right instead they rigged it up with stove pipe from the hardware store. Their answer to us was well you said you wanted it working".We bought the right part from bobcat and brought the machine back to get it done right. Must be they don't like us now ....saying workers won't work on your stuff now. Great way to run a business!Let's just say we will never give them our business again and I very highly wouldn't recommend this business to anyone. They talk to their customers as if there always wrong.Again don't recommend this company. Your better off paying more money somewhere else or doing it yourself.Thanks"

If you need big trees next to your house removed, these are the guys to call. They know what they're doing. Had several large maple trees near my house on a very steep and dangerous hill. They got them down without an issue, cleaned everything up, ground the stumps. Looks wonderful!!
