The white lady who was the head manager does not know how to do her job. She looks like a Karen and act likes one. I feel bad for the employees here because they are so kind.

Their shawarma is too good and the way they make it. Ali took my order and prepared it very rapidly and it was really good. The Way he greets me with my name is really worth going their again and again. He greeted me like we know each other from years and it really made my day.

I probably visit this location maybe once a week - always walk in to order. Last time I ordered, I was in a rush and decided to place the order with Ritual (please see attached photo.) I can swear on anything AND EVERYTHING that this is literally what I received. It’s super frustrating knowing that if I had walked in and placed the order IN STORE, my lunch would have been put together nicely. I don’t think I should have to be present to get a proper meal. Anyways, Ritual basically said they couldn’t do anything but give me “bonus” points and that any further action would have to be done at the discretion of the restaurant. My assumption is that the restaurant has received the feedback and have chosen to ignore it. So here is my second attempt at getting an actual response.

My wife and I had eaten from this location several times throughout the past couple of years and the food was always tasty. Tonight, however, it was really bad. The rice and chicken tasted like they were cooked in the morning (and when we walked into the restaurant, we saw enough chicken on the rotisserie to feed a village!), the salad tasted like it was leftovers from yesterday, and the sauces tasted stale, like dusty and old.The chicken to rice ratio was also way off.This was very disappointing, and we're not sure whether we'll be eating from here again.

We either get it delivered or go there. The food is so good and for the price the portions are big. I love their chicken half and half, you get half fries and half rice. But sometimes I get the falafel with rice. The falafel is good but I feel I've had other ones that were softer, not so crispy like these otherwise they are flavourful and you get good portions. I also like how they give you alot of the sauce, I love it. Totally recommend and great service everytime I go there.
