In this day and age, it is rare to find a company whose service exceeds expectation.However, such has been our experience with Zed Air Heating and Air Conditioning.They have been servicing our home furnace and air conditioning for the past 2 years.Recently, we had furnace trouble.Kristen responded quickly to our call and Spencer diagnosed the problem, ordered and installed the new part in timely fashion.Both were friendly, courteous and very professional.Zed Air is a factory representative for Carrier and in our experience they certainly have lived up to their great reputation.Mike Dutton

Called to arrange service for my air conditioner, and Cindy spent some time walking me through things I could do to improve efficiency. She also helped me understand how to work my Life Breath exchange unit! Their service technician was amazing… right on time, polite and knowledgeable. He also showed me additional tricks to keep my system running smoothly. Excellent service and support. I would highly recommend them!

I called ZedAir in a panic yesterday after another company had tried to scam me and ultimately had shot my system by their own mistake. The other business had told me I needed a new furnace. I decided to get a second opinion and called ZedAir.Mark came out to my home first thing this morning, quickly diagnosed the problem, repaired it and did not at all try to talk me into a new furnace. I was absolutely amazed by the professional, and understanding approach. It was evident to me that Mark was extremely knowledgeable in this area and clearly explained to me what had been wrong and how he had quickly resolved this issue.I would absolutely recommend ZedAir and would give them a 5+ if I could!!!!

Since we moved in our current home Zed-Air has been our go too, for all HVAC, water heater and gas fire place needs. Today their professional service team came, removed and replaced water heater. We have found the owners and staff prompt in response, knowledgeable and wonderful to work with. Service teams have always been respectful of home and leave everything clean and tidy. I give 110% recommendation.

I used Zed-Air to service my HRV Life Breath System and not only were they responsive and reliable, the technician was professional, knowledgeable and went over and above explaining the systems operations in a helpful manner I was able to understand. Totally happy with my experience !

Excellent furnace maintenance and troubleshooting! Our 8 year old furnace was acting up and our fault was that we had no real maintenance for years. The tech took out the blower and cleaned that area (bats) as well as the condensate drainage, etc. No need for any new parts - and now running great again! A different previous company had blamed the motherboard and missed the real problems!

Spencer Clarke and Tyler Hunter were very professional and serviced both our furnace and air conditioner for the annual service. Above and beyond taking the time to go over an explanation for the air exchanger too! Very pleased with ZedAir.

If I could put zero stars, I would. Terrible customer service. The owner, Cindy, is completely unreliable, unprofessional, and nothing but dishonest. I have nothing nice to say about this company.***For the person that responded to my post, if you do not have a record, that does not mean this experience did not take place.What's more, others we have spoken to share a similar experience.
