People followed me around the store as if I was going steal and had the audacity to ask if my jacket i wore into the store was even mine. Rude customer service never going there again

I was very disappointed in service received (lack of I should say) in the shoe section! I requested a shoe size and employee handed to me then promptly left - not to be seen anywhere in area. The size did not fit correctly wanted another size but NO SERVICE! Left the store. I purchased before and service was good - what's happened?

Freja was very helpful. We were able to find everything we needed with her help and she was very friendly. She deserves a raise.

Went to buy a winter jacket (2 employees chatted behind a counter), 2 pairs of runners (2 staff left me with 2 pairs of runners to go chat in the back room, never to return) and some winter boots (at this point I didn’t even bother). This may have happened if people actually worked at this location. Customer service issues made it impossible to spend money here. A real disappointment as I needed to buy a lot of items but now have to drive to Edmonton to do so. Management needs to fix the issues here. Until then, take your business somewhere where you will get service!

I was very disappointed in the service or lack of, I received in the shoe department today. I had to search for someone to help me, they were just standing around talking. A young blonde fellow help me, I asked for 2 pairs of shoes in my size, he returned and said here and walked away. Never to return! They did not fit, I waited hoping he would return or someone else would step up. Nope! Maybe the staff need to be reminded who pays their pay check.

David that works in gear maintenance should be managing this place, kind, calm, and a solution seeker. The manager Elisha is a classic purposely confrontational individual. Instead of initially coming out to address a unique concern pre-purchase of an item I was interested in, she chose to use her staff as carrier pigeon. Once I stated I would specifically like to speak to her and have her come insure the quality of the good I was looking to purchase (due to an issue with the same product at a different location),it was nothing but attitude, and zero willingness to come up with a positive solution, once she arose from her comfy office. She was looking for anything to diverge the topic at hand and start a “personal fight”. A “policy” robot is not a manager, a manager is able to see outside the box. After intense persistence she agreed to seek customer satisfaction, or maybe it was the decision to record our interaction for quality insurance and training review. It’s a shame recorded interaction is the only way to insure professional over personal these days. Thanks David, you make your store look great. I appreciate your kindness and solution to the problem. I will be forwarding this to Sport check via email as well. Humility and a smile go a long way in customer service.
