didn't know what to say but they took 4 3/4 hours to fix a brake problem

I was passing through with my large motor home and had an issue. They have a large truck repair facility as part of their business. They told me to bring it in. They got it right in . Duane, the service manager, personally supervised the repair. As the owner of multiple auto and truck businesses in the states, I was very impressed. If I could give them 10 stars, I would!

Got my Peterbilt to them with manifold and circuit problems. In 2 hours I hit the road. Excellent experience

WORST BODY SHOP EVER!!! Don't ever bring your vehicle after an accident to this body shop unless you want all the problems that comes with it afterwards. Brought my vehicle to this body shop after an accident, and they said they were able to do the work for the entire repairs. Once I got it back there was an instant problem with the oil level sensor, and then since I don't use a trailer every day when I did notice the trailer lights no longer works but has constant power when the truck is turned off, the heated mirrors and rear defroster no longer work, the ac system no longer work has well as you don't check the ac in the middle of winter. So if you want more problems than you ever had then yes bring it here but strongly recommend staying away has no one should have this many problems after their vehicle is supposed to be fixed.

I had an appointment for an oil change at 1pm. It was nearly 3pm before it was done. I'm not sure why an oil change takes.2 hours here when it's no more than 30 minutes at a quick oil change place (without an appointment!). At least there was free Wi-Fi.

Worse customer service I have ever experienced. We have bought many new vehicles but never again will we deal with central.

They took my truck on short notice, repaired the water pump under recall and performed other recalls. Communication and explanations were a little poor regarding the pricing initially, but when I called back to clarify they did. As with any other dealership, a little pricey, but hey, I'm back on the road. So worth the extra dollars.

No surprise a Dodge dealer not providing any kind of service/help if you didn't buy your vehicle there. Drivers seat broke (wouldn't recline back after being forward), traveling home and stopped here for some help but wouldn't do anything for us and told us to call the dealer we got it from 5 hours away. Had to figure out a quick fix in their parking lot ourselves.If you plan on wanting good service seems like a good idea to stay away from this place if buying a new jeep/dodge
