bad customer service and they are serving stale food:Stale food is no longer fresh or good to eat......A day before I bought chilli chicken and it tastes very bad and chicken is staled. Not using this place any more for any of my take out orders .

This place has gone down in a while. Their food quality used to be good but now it’s the worst in the town. I ordered Veg Thali and everything had a bad smell. Kindly work on your food quality.

Ordered butter chicken. It was loaded with cardamom and tasted terrible. I rarely post a negative review for Indian restaurants as most of them know how to make a half decent butter chicken dish but this was just terrible. This take out order is going straight into the trash as I don't really want to call and argue the quality. Disappointed. Don't even bother.

We have been doing take out for years with Mughal and now Shahi. Food has always been good, but the last couple of times they are not listening to our requests for non spicy/ mild food. We ordered a bunch of currys, Dahl and a subjeez for Christmas eve dinner and specified mild mild mild, as kids, parents and grandparents would be eating it. When we got it home, it was so spicy no one could eat it. So disappointed and frustrated.

Just found a bolt in my samosa and almost broke my tooth. Called the restaurant back and they were zero help and refused to do anything about it. Horrible customer service, won't be ordering our huge take away orders from there anymore.
