Dr. Henry Huang, ENT

This is no 5 star doctors office.These reviews can not be remotely close to true.Staff must be over worked. Just horrible in all manners of my visit and follow up. A simple requisition (hard paper copy) couldn’t be filled by my pharmacist.It’s since Dec 6 th to today Dec 17th. Just got attitude from office staff. They now claim my file went to the Whitby office. They are open two days a week. They have no answering service. No one monitors the emails I sent.Just horrible experience.

I am so grateful for the skill and the care from Dr Huang. Two years ago (in the mid 2021 gaps of Covid), Dr Huang performed a sinus surgery on my nasal breathing passages. I was suffering with 80% blocked on one side; 20% blocked on the other. My mouth had to be open day and night to survive.After that surgery, I have been breathing 100% on BOTH sides. Such an amazing difference. A luxury I will not take for granted. There are days now when I walk on a hiking path and observe myself getting all the air I need -- with my mouth completely closed. No problem breathing at all. Prior to that surgery, my oxygen was almost entirely coming from an open mouth.Dr Huang, I am singing your praises. Today's post-surgery check up was so encouraging. I appreciate your ENT expertise as well as your communication skills with me. I CANNOT thank you enough.One happy camper,Jeff C.

Dr.Huang is an OUTSTANDING doctor. He's very polite, honest, knowledgeable, considerate & compassionate. He answered all my questions fully with no hesitation & made sure I understood everything that was explained before I left his office and I never felt rushed while asking questions. I HIGHLY recommend Dr.Huang, you won't be disappointed.

Very courteous, professional, answers questions respectfully. Received the appropriate medications and regained my hearing loss to almost normal hearing.
