Quick service, friendly staff.

It was not a good day that day but it's only gonna get better . I believe with in my heart they can help me and it's going to be a very long hard process

First, my gratitude to Keerah being so kind and very easy to talk to. Anna was helpful as well. Wish I asked for Dr. Heidi and Dr Sheelah as both knows what they are doing. Keerah, Anna, Sheelah and Heidi all deserve five stars for their expertise , efficiency and professionalism in handling clients. Thank you to Alberta Health Services for catering to low income.My apology to Winnie as I started having panic attack while she patiently instructs me what to do after extractions. The extractions and injections were all traumatic and very rough. Dr Bonnie Park was not gentle. i felt very strong pushing and forceful pulling of each tooth . with her forceful hand using the plier yanks the tooth towards the left after then to the right that my neck was not able to hold my head from falling off the head rest so i pushed my head back to the head rest with my left hand on my left side of face. . The next few hours and days, my neck hurt so badly. Winnie, the assistant witnessed this. Bonnie Park is good at her orientation and advice but will need to learn how to do proper procedure of performing extractions. she still has a long ways to go.

Was referred there to help me with anxiety, Dr Hirst is not helpful, took me off my medications, not caring for anything my mother or I say. Staff won't help me with my anxiety even if I begged for help.

I have a suggestion. Instead of texting walk ins to come back to be seen - just because they waited a period of your, look after the appointments first - especially when the appointments are now 40 minutes behind. Needless to say I left without being seen for my appointment after waiting 35 minutes.

No signage on the west side to show that this is a ahs building, no signage on the road directing to this building. I drove right by it and missed my appointment due to sign issues.

I have extreme anxiety about going to the dentist, and often put it off due to stress. I broke a tooth and Keerat was amazing to talk to on the phone. She booked me in for an emergency appointment and explained the qualifications to visit this clinic. At the appointment the Dental Assistant (I'm so sorry I forgot your name!!) Was very caring and precise. She explained what we were doing and was so empathetic. Dr. Kim was also amazing, he took the care to make sure he was confident with what my issue was (wasn't just a broken tooth), and did his due diligence to explain the challenges with my tooth.I cried. Not because of the work, but because of my intense and crippling anxiety when it comes to dental visits. They were very kind and made sure I was aware they were on my team to have a healthier mouth.I have received lesser care at many dental offices around Calgary when I was gainfully employed with benefits. I am humbled at how empathetic and caring all the staff is. Thank you so much for helping me with my oral recovery one step at a time.

This clinic is worst! Dr. Ramos and clinical supervisor Rumina just doesn't care with their patient. They just want to dismiss you like a thing.

They kept putting me on hold and sent me to four different lines, all for every single operator to have no idea how to answer my question. Seems more like an issue of the system than the individual employees though.

Been on hold with 811 for 45minutes and eventually hung up. Tried different times of the week. Had same results. A bad service
