I love taking a drive out to Shawnigan Vintage Barn. Nestled amongst the trees off the beaten track this is a true hidden gem. Packed to the rafters with furniture, lamps, decorative hardware, wall art, vintage fashion, painting supplies, local jams and much much more. Well worth a visit!I have bought a couple of treasures from here over the years my favourite of which is a giant armoire!

Vintage shop in Shawnigan Lake with great finds, both big and small. Shop owner has tons of personality and this comes through in her eclectic collection. I always enjoy coming here as a big stop on my tour of the vintage shops of the Cowichan valley.

Looks great in pictures. Sold my partner a food safe" island top wouldnt let her see it before paying then when she didn't like it the lady said that she must not be able to afford it. Deep crevices and loose hardware.Edit: also found dry rot"
