Starbucks is my go-to spot for coffee and more. The unmatched coffee quality and endless drink options always exceed my expectations. The vibe inside is cozy, relaxed, and perfect for getting work done or hanging out with friends. I love their seasonal drink options, and the service has always been exceptional.

From the Starbucks inside the main building. Ordered 2 cold chai lattes as large as they had. With light ice. Got 2 large cups of milk with ice.....very disappointed.

This was the most terrible service I have ever received at a Starbucks. It was not that busy when I ordered, and there were 8 people waiting in food and drinks for over 10 minutes. I had to wait for about 7 minutes and they gave me the wrong order, not to mention my sandwich was falling apart. Nothing appetizing about this location that’s for sure. You could barely hear the drinks being called out as well. I hope they can learn from their mistakes and do better!

Another poor Starbucks experience. I counted at least 8 employees, not sure if barista's or what, one was just standing there mopping the same patch of floor over and over.All the focus was on the almighty drive thru, those of us in person waiting for no reason.Most disappointing was the state of the restroom, very gross, like a truck stop bathroom on a poorly traveled section of an interstate in the US Midwest.I don't know why I keep trying these places...

The starbucks inside the on- route do not accept Starbucks rewards, Starbucks app, Amex. Moreover, they did not have topics for drinks. I was told the store is privately owned, and they have their own rules (they do whatever they want). Isn't Starbucks a franchisees business and therefore all Starbucks should have same rules, standarized products?

Excellent staff! Great recipe making. Their drinks are always made correctly and taste how they should. This is rare to find at a Starbucks as unlike McDonald's chains, ever store has a ight variation on whether or not they will do the receipe accurately.

Ordered chai tea latte, just perfect as i wanted/ordered. it was quite morning,only i was in line guy and girl on counter were super nice to me and felt super great which leads to a great driving day
